We're longtime customers, and a few years back a storm blew through requiring a new roof. Of course, we came back to Restoration Roofing. When scoping the project, Edward suggested that we upgrade our roof to a Category 4 roof. It was more expensive, more than the amount we'd gotten from the insurance company, but we trusted Edward, so we followed his recommendation. Last week, a severe hail storm blew through with ping-pong-sized hail crashing all around our home. We were scared that we'd suffered significant damage to our roof, so we called Edward to check it out. A couple of nicks here, a couple of scratches there--all minor damage. Why?
