This place uses unethical practices to manipulate people. I filled out a Facebook form that popped up as I was scrolling for more information. I told the young lady who reached out that I needed surgery for some severe cervical spine issues that I went into detail about. She scheduled me for an appointment but told me I’d have to pay $25 down for deposit though she also told me they accept my insurance. However after making the appointment I found out this is a chiropractor after visiting their website and I know chiropractors can’t perform surgery. The office assistant will lie telling you they can help you if you need surgery knowing they can’t just to get you to put down a deposit which they will never return even if you cancel in advance of the appointment. I tried to cancel the same day the appointment was made (Friday) and they refused. I called again today 7/22/24 to cancel and now I have just taken a loss on deposit when they lied to get me to schedule anyway for an appointment scheduled for 7/25. I would have never scheduled if she was honest upfront because I asked the questions and even told her about my spinal condition. She told me she will cancel my appointment on Thursday not today which helps them justify keeping my deposit. I don’t support any business that uses predatory practices. Less

For the first time in 20 years I feel like a human being again!! Dr. Speed has been nothing but phenomenal. If I come in with an ache or a pain he’s instantly on top of it! Instant relief and have not had a dizzy spell sense my first office visit!
