Lots of gains and accountability with gym/classes and through PT with Tee
I have recently joined BBB Bondi and have loved my time here so far. The classes are great, the coaches are all super knowledgable and I couldn’t recommend this gym enough!
My experience with BBB Bondi so far has been amazing. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive and take the time to help everyone individually. Really great environment and much more fun than any other regular gym. If you are thinking about it, just do it and you won’t be disappointed.

The team at BBB Bondi are fantastic. I’ve had a really nice experience over the past 3 months since joining. Classes are well programmed and supervised. Everything you do is specific and goal orientated so works for all different levels of training. I have also seen results; improvements in strength and moving with less neck and back pain.
I have been at BBB for about a year. All of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable pertaining to training and nutrition, and keep you accountable. I have seen substantial improvements in my strength, mobility, and overall fitness. Finally, the gym offers a welcoming atmosphere, which I particularly appreciate. I highly recommend!
Body By Brando is the gym I wish I found 20 years ago. It’s a wholistic work out, focused on mobility with the CrossFit intensity. It’s a gem in the East and such a great community.

I then had a couple of personal training classes with Hannah who broke the more complex movements I’ve been finding difficult down into simple chunks which enabled my progression at a much faster rate. Han has been amazing at correcting my form, giving nutrition advice and above all support and encourage throughout my time at BBB. One of my favourite things about BBB is that Tee, Hannah, Jade and Harry all work as a team to ensure each individual is reaching their maximum potential. Together they work to create a plan for each member to have them reach the goals and results they are seeking. I would highly recommend anyone considering joining BBB to just do it. Before I joined, I was nervous as I had never done Olympic weightlifting or group exercise classes. I can now comfortably say that joining was an excellent decision - BBB is a superb gym, with welcoming, impressive coaches, and great programming which can be tailored to any level of experience. The facility is modern, clean, and spacious. My only regret is that I wish I joined sooner. As a beginner, I have really enjoyed learning new moves (eg Olympic lifting and gymnastic movements) at a pace I feel comfortable with (while still being challenged). It’s been quite satisfying to develop my confidence and see improvements in my technique and strength week to week, thanks to the great coaching and encouraging atmosphere. Tee is my personal trainer (who also coaches classes) and has provided excellent instruction, encouragement, and has helped me develop and reach my goals quite rapidly. Great facilities. Friendly, enthusiastic and incredible coaches such as Tee, Lewis and Harry, Jade. Thank you BBB Bondi for saving me from boring gym routine. I do wish that I started years ago. The sessions are different every day and vary week from week but with the intention of building to the same goal, strength through range of motion. There are also 3 different programs to choose from per day. Contacting the trainers for help is as easy as flicking through an instagram DM. The app is very simple to use and stores your results from previous workouts so you know which weights to use and can see your progress. So far I am very impressed! Less

In only three short months she has worked miracles. She has taken a holistic approach to my sessions understanding the need for good physical and mental health. She quickly built up a strong rapport with me keeping me accountable while at the same time being supportive and understanding. Her workouts are fun and brutal, two words that shouldn’t go together but somehow she makes it work well. There are so many resources that Brando sends through and heaps of amazing instructional videos that really help you understand the exercises and how to do them safely. I've been training at BBB for over 12 months now and it's been by far my best gym experience in my life. The coaches always give 100% and are always happy to help with any questions or queries! Find the BBB online workouts really balanced and challenging. Love the warmups that stretch and address the muscle group used the previous day. Communication has been excellent and the app is easy to navigate.

Started at BodyByBrando after training at regular gyms for over 10years and got bored of injury and the same workouts. Working with Tee at the Paddington location and seen seen so many improvements in just 4 weeks. From improving my technique to confidence in training Tee has been the best! 100% recommend if you want to avoid injury, learn new techniques and shred body fat.

I saw BBB on Instagram and the results looked incredible. I was nervous because it looked out of my league but I’m so glad I plucked up the courage to call. The fundamentals sessions teach you everything you need to know to get you comfortable for the group coaching which is so much fun. The community at BBB is incredibly supportive and they push you to limits you thought you’d never even get close to. I am 4 weeks into the 10 week fundamental package, and i can easily say its the best decision i have ever made towards my overall individual health & fitness. These guys cover everything from A to Z. I’m doing Brando’s online 6 week program and I’m in the best shape of my life. For the first time in my life (no exaggeration) I can touch my toes. I move better, lift heavier, recover faster, and dropped from around 18% body fat to 13% body fat and I still have just under 2 weeks to go!!

I am Melbourne based and a long follower of Brandon and his gym- he has been extremely helpful with everything I have asked and has provided me with exceptional routines to improve my body weight training- particularly the handstand. Brando has life by the throat, he's wrestled it to the ground and now he's beating it to death. A great box! High coach to athlete ratio. I’ve had 2 microdiscectomies and thought I’ve never squat heavy again. Through training properly and functional fitness I’m 10x stronger than I was in my 20s. Still hate cardio but they make me do it. Thanks legends!

The change I have witnessed since joining 6 months ago has been staggering. My strength and fitness has increased more than I thought possible. The classes are guided by coaches who spend the time teaching not only the correct technique but how to maximise the training experience. I now have the confidence to perform technical movements using a heavy weight without the fear of injury. The social aspect is probably the reason for this gym's true success. My experience at Body By Brando has been life-changing, and I’ve only been there five week! Before coming to BBB, I could count the number of times I’d been to the gym on one hand. I really didn’t know what I was doing when it came to technique, nutrition, or meaningful goal setting. I had always just relied on team sport to keep me fit, but now that that has come to an end, I decided it was time to take my body seriously and take the steps necessary to not morph into a fried-chicken munching blob. I was very apprehensive about entering an environment where I would be the noob, but I really had nothing to worry about. Brando, Dberg, and Mr Sowers’ expert individual coaching got me to a point where I could join in, and now I’m loving the group sessions. They’re well programmed, challenging but doable, and full of hilarious, lovely humans who welcomed me with open arms. The community is by far the best part about joining BBB. Since starting, I’ve fixed my nutrition, I’ve gotten stronger, and I feel immeasurably better about my body and general health, but it’s for the community of like-minded excellent humans that I turn up every day. I called BodyByBrando because one of my friends made me poke her abs - they were rock hard, and she has had three kids. I didn't need any more convincing that this was something I needed to check out. At the time I wanted more accountability even though I had been training regularly, and I needed a change in my routine, because I was no longer seeing any change in myself. At first I found the training really tough - and I didn't think I could keep it up. Fast forward one year, and I'm there 4-5 times a week, and I love it. Like, LOVE IT. I've never experienced a gym where the training is so well planned, and you really see results (aside from being the strongest I've ever been at 38 and after two kids, I can also do things such as handstands, box jumps, strict pull ups and more), but what I didn't plan for but possibly love the most, is the awesome people I get to train with, and the community that I am a part of. In the year I have been training here my strength has come along in leaps and bounds and movements I thought I could never do like handstands are now part of what we do each week. Brando and his team have a real knack for showing you what your true potential is! They are miles away from the usual PTs you will see on their phones while their clients half squat in a large format gym. I look better, I have gotten stronger and I have never had so much fun while training. I wish I had discovered this place years ago. Less
