The dentist and the dental assistants are very kind and patient, providing excellent care. However, according to my mom’s impression, the Mandarin-speaking office manager can be somewhat assertive, often pushing for additional treatments or immediate payment. Whenever my mom tries to discuss the details or pricing, the conversation tends to shift toward the quality of materials or the doctor’s skills.While my mom appreciates their professionalism, she would prefer more direct communication regarding costs and treatment plans without feeling pressured to commit right away.

One of the best dental offices I've ever been. They are the greatest staff and doctor I've ever seen. LaMont was so kind and caring that eased my fear. I didn't feel anything while Dr. Chang was working on me. The crowns I got were fit perfectly today. I can't thank them enough. Trust me I've done lots of dental works, so I can tell who is the best dentist! I feel so lucky to find a great place in town.
