I was needing to get surgery to fix my severe underbite.However, she was able to able to get me to a proper relationship in just 10 months - no surgery. Lifetime dentistry made me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point where I walked out. I initially found them on Groupon for a teeth cleaning, which went well. Overall I felt like the dentist office was pretty run down looking. All the seats were cracked, and my overall teeth cleaning was very messy with water all over my hair and face. I’m pretty easy going so didn’t make a fuss about it, just needed my teeth cleaning. Why I opted to not follow through with my service was because the office kept messing with me appointment. They had asked me Monday if I can come an hour later, I said I had to work and could not. I’m assuming they took whatever patient they needed to take anyways, because when I showed up for my 10am appt they told me they cannot take me at 10, but they’ll get me out before 11am for work. They’re essentially saying they can do a cavity in 30 mins. Never have I ever been numbed, drilled, thrilled, and billed in 30 minutes at a dentist. It’s concerning to me that they would rush this process. Honestly, this all could have been avoided if they just called me to reschedule my appointment!!!! I already am anxious to go to the dentist due to horrible experiences, this office was echoing similar times where I left traumatized. I have been to the office in Lake Forest almost a hundred times and it has taken over 2 ½ years and now they are telling me that they cannot finish my teeth and will not give me a reason as to why even though they have a contractual obligation to complete the work. They just offer to give me another appointment where they do nothing. They have pulled my implants out and re-implanted several of them numerous times. My mouth is in constant pain and I have been unable to eat solid foods for 2 ½ years. They feel that they have done enough work even though the work on my teeth is still incomplete. I’m frustrated with how they treat their customers and planning to take them to court. If others have had a similar experience please contact me so that maybe we can turn this law suit into a class action because I am sure that I am not the only one with this type of experience. Less

Everyone in the back office is great. I had my first deep cleaning here and felt comfortable and safe. Shaina, she does my regular dental cleaning every 3 months and is awesome! They have been good in working with my insurance and letting me know anything I have to pay out of pocket ahead of time. Maybe the front receptionists can use some work in organization but nothing that can’t be fixed.

Everyone is very nice and pleasant in this clinic. They make you comfortable and even provide blankets, and you know those clinics can be really cold. I have loved my experience with Lifetime Dental. I went in with so many problems and every since every single one of them has been taken care of. I had two root canals, an additional crown and several cavities taken care of at Lifetime Dental. I hadn't been to a dentist in years mainly just due to neglect from my part and as a result my teeth were a mess. I went from having headaches everyday to the occasional headache. My teeth don't ache either! I consistently went into the dentist for over two months to correct everything that needed to be done. The staff are always friendly and welcoming every time I came. The office is beautiful with a lot of windows making the space feel well lit and really open. There was flexibility with scheduling and multiple times they fit me in last minute. They are always expanding their services so I don't have to go to other places for things I need. An example being that they do orthodontics and also see kids even at a really young age so it is a perfect because I can bring my husband and son for services. I went in for a deep cleaning and they did a great job! I was a little nervous about the needles but they made the process as smooth and as painless as possible! They took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth and offered solutions that ended up improving me teeth's health. I'm coming back for a cleaning soon.

Over a year ago I went to lifetime dental for an emergency visit. I was in pain. The office was closed but Doctor Afzali helped me with my pain and she also did something that I have not experienced in my previous dental experiences. She gave me the hope that I can again have a healthy mouth which will not hurt and can smile again. Due to past bad experiences going to the dentist and finances, I ignored my mouth for years. Lost many teeth and became a dormant artist. The day that I walked into lifetime my mouth was hurting and I was suffering from infection. I saw genuine care and passion in Dr. Afzali. My fear of dentist became the hope of having a mouth that is not troubling me anymore. I needed a lot of work. All the work was explained to me in a way that I could fully understand. The office staff have been really helpful to help me with the finances, insurance, etc. They have gone above and beyond on being honest and helpful to arrange the finances, appointments, etc. I have had different works, from gum treatment to root canals, crowns and implants. What I love about lifetime is that I didn't have to go to any specialist office for nay of my work. All done by Doctors at lifetime. This was not only much more convenient but also less expensive. I confidently say that I look and feel much younger and healthier. I get compliments all the time. My energy level increased noticeably as I got rid of the infections and continued to improve as I had my teeth fixed.
