Thanks to Sam, I'm sitting in my home enjoying the fresh breeze while I watch a very sad mosquito stuck outside because of our custom built and installed screens. The screens were built quickly and at an affordable price for all the windows in our home, including one with wickets to allow room for the handles. Sam did a great job on our screens. We had him replace all 12 screens on our house, and install a retractable screen door on our back door. From first email contact to install day was about 3 weeks total. Step 1: He had me take photos of all the windows beforehand and provided a rough quote via email. Step 2: Sam came and measured everything, and gave me an exact quote which was on the low end of his first estimate. He asked for half the cost upfront as a deposit, and the rest due upon install. This step took about 30 minutes. Step 3: 8 days later he came back and installed the screens in about 15 minutes and another 45 minutes for the retractable screen door. All the screens fit. There was no need for alterations at all. The final bill was the same as his written quote. No extra charges. Sam was friendly, professional, and quick with email responses (even on a long weekend Sunday). He took all the garbage with him as well as our old broken screens, and didn’t damage anything in my home. He was always sure to take off his shoes at the door and had fun teasing/joking with my 3 year old son who wanted to watch everything Sam was doing. Sam even gave him a couple of his signature Screen Guy Sam Butterfly stickers. Most importantly, the screens look great, fit great, and seem very sturdy. The retractable door was installed perfectly and works smoothly. It Looks like it has always been there (in a good way). Overall it was a great experience, and I’ll be recommending him to anyone who needs screens. If I ever need window screens in the future I’d definitely hire him again. Less

Sam The Screen Guy is the best! Quick response for a quote request, he was fair and reasonable for cost. He was able to build/manufacture our screens on time and turned out great (4 normal window, 1 retractable screen, and 1 door with the heavy pet mesh). Scheduling for install was very easy as he was flexible with what worked best for our busy schedules. Overall I would recommend Sam to anyone, he was professional, great price, quick install, and the screens turned out fantastic! What more could you ask for! Less
