What a fantastic experience! I was so nervous going to my first hyrox class, but Jess and Josh welcomed me right away and provided amazing encouragement! They are highly knowledgeable and provide scalable workouts depending on your abilities. I have a lot more confidence about entering a hyrox race knowing I’ll be using this gym to help train! Cannot recommend enough!

Love the family atmosphere, instructor definitely pushed me, but was also accommodating to my needs as this was my first workout. I would highly recommend this gym for those that are wanting to get into crossfit.

I love this place so much. This is a special kind of CrossFit gym where your age or how you look truly doesn’t matter. Just come as you are and be prepared to make friends and feel so supported wherever you are in your fitness journey. If you're a crazy CrossFit beast, that's cool, but if you're just looking to move your body in an environment with no ego you've found your place. The coaches and community are wonderful!

My personal training experience is top notch. Jennifer is very focused on building strength and core. In just two and half weeks I can feel a difference in how I feel. I highly recommend this gym.

This gym is an amazing place to go! They are always kind, friendly, greeting you as soon as you walk in the doors. They help motivate you to get the job done if there’s anything that is needing to be modified because you’re not able to do it they will make sure that they give you a exercise that it’s comparable and you are able to accomplish it. I never feel judged when I walk in and I’m not able to do something. I appreciate the accountability and judgment free atmosphere that they bring. I appreciate the fact that they Have incorporated a workout and worship! I’m excited to see the progress!
