I highly recommend Persevere CrossFit because the owners, Jess and Josh, truly prioritize people over workouts, and that focus has had a big impact on my overall health and well-being. From day one, they took the time to understand my goals, past injuries, and used that information to help me train smarter.The coaches are always engaged and consistently check in between sessions about recovery, stress, sleep, and nutrition, which has helped me improve not just fitness but day-to-day energy and resilience. Jess and Josh foster a tight-knit community where members know each other’s names, celebrate milestones, and hold each other accountable, making it much easier to stay consistent long term.Since joining, I’ve seen improvements in strength, cardiovascular endurance, and mobility that carry over into everyday life. Just as importantly, the combination of challenging workouts, coaching support, and a positive environment has helped reduce stress and boosted my mood and overall well-being.
