Used Cosmos Water Damage Restoration to restore my bathroom after flood damage. They came out after calling to give me an estimate. They started work about one week after that. Once they started they kept communicating with me about the timeline and any delays. I thought that was great. Once the work was finished they came back and made sure I was happy with the work. The mitigation team did an excellent job from scheduling to inspection and clean up, and working with the insurance seamlessly. Good communication and they protected the house and where they had to work and walk.
