This was my first time here at Urgent Care of the Palm Beaches located 3537 Forest Hill blvd. I was greeted upon entering by Nae & Vanesa at the front desk. They were polite & professional & listened to my concern. We had some laughs about my condition lol. My P.A. was very polite & explained all in detail which made me feel extremely comfortable. This is by far the best urgent care I’ve been to. Vanesa the front desk was super helpful she took the time help me with my paperwork since I’m a little older than most people. Henry the medical assistant was very kind and gentle he took his time with me and even helped me with my grandson who has adhd. Veronica the PA was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and I left knowing I would feel better after my visit if you need an urgent care I would recommend this one. Less
