Loving my experience so far at CrossFit Tuscaloosa! I was very skeptical at first and almost did not join because of previous stereotypes of CrossFit in general. CFT is not like any of these stereotypes. There are people coming from all exercise backgrounds and levels of fitness. It has been a breath of fresh air for me in a season where I am recommitting myself to my health and wellbeing. Excited to be a part of the family!

Absolutely love this place, the coaches are wonderful and always happy to help with any questions, they are always making sure you’re working out safely. This is my first time doing CrossFit and I always thought I couldn’t do it, but they showed me that they can scale the workout to fit you whether your a beginner or a veteran. Would 100% recommend!!!
