Just as in previous years, absolutely excellent service. Not rushed, and they take their time to ensure that each customer is treated well and given a first class prescription. I am very happy to be a returning customer.

Saw Marziyah and Leanne today and had a 5 star service from start to finish. Very professional and kind staff, nothing felt rushed or pushy with sales. Wonderful selection of frames and I appreciated the styling which was personalised to my face shape and skin tone. Genuinely the best optical experience I've had - and I've been wearing glasses since I was 3! Well done HC crew :)

when me and my son had our eye test the staff were very friendly, helpful, understanding. Everyone we saw knew what they were doing and they did their jobs very well. So pleased we have stayed with them all these years.

First visit today with my child and I’m so glad we took a punt on a different optician. The practice is clean and tidy, staff are professional and friendly and Marziyah was brilliant, thorough and took the time to explain her findings. No change to prescription this time but there looked like a good range of frames to choose from if needed 🤓
