Yolanda is the horse whisperer for facials -- she can literally just look at you and know what your skin needs!  She is truly dedicated to making you feel and look good!  After every session, my skin just progressively gets better and better (and continues to improve with her guidance on home care)!  After just two sessions, I felt that I didn't even need to wear primer OR foundation any more b/c my skin tone is so much more even and plump! She has been really helping me with the pigmentation in my skin (I tan/freckle VERY easily) and she is working on having me avoid going for another round of (painful) laser treatments. Yolanda's methods are just as effective without the pain or having to hide for a week after the laser. Also, her products are really really solid! She has formulated them herself and they are super effective. For example, I've tried a number of spot lightening serums to no avail, but hers really works, even on freckles that are not on my face!  While she offers her own products, she doesn't push very hard as she knows we have made an investment in that existing product. However, her knowledge of products is amazing so if you bring them to her, she will tell you if your current products are good or not for your skin. (I'm continuing with some of my cleansers because i have them already) But just think how much effort and money you can save when you are handed a specific product that will help your skin?!  I've spent $$$ for just "so so" or worse, NO results, so I'm super happy to have Yolanda on my team now. Picking up on this, I asked if I should call back so she wouldn't have to wait, and she says "no, we're busy with client." I then told her I'm interested in the deep cleansing under acne facials, and she tells me (rudely again) that this service isn't an acne treatment. The deep cleansing facial is listed under acne treatments on the website, which I told her. I found Speranzi and Yolanda by doing some online searches and OMG the results have been absolutely fantastic! I did a few facials and started using Yolanda’s cleanser and moisturizer twice a day. My acne improved almost instantly and now, after a few months, it is virtually gone (including the scars)! I now feel no need to wear makeup on my face - so I am saving time and $! With it, I'm now able to in incorporate it into my daily skin routine and it's made a major difference in my skin. She has helped me understand how important my diet is and how certain foods can set off a breakout. I am 100% more aware about how important my skin is and how to keep it the best it can be. Speranzi has a really cool process called the Zit Zapper. It's a painless session that kills all the bacteria on your face and brings down inflammation a whole bunch. With my cleanser and moisturizer to my couple of Zit Zapper appointments, my skin is ten times better. Finally, I started my microdermabrasion appointments. This is a process that takes all the dead skin off of my face helping new skin grow and collagen resurface. I had old and new acne scars with some that indented into my skin so Yolanda assured me this was going to be an awesome thing for me. I have already had three sessions and my last one is tomorrow!!! My skin is so much smoother and cleaner and the texture is nothing I thought it could be again. Through it all she explains everything to you and it's very nice to know exactly what's going on/what's happening in the processes. I'm genuinely so happy with the results. I also brought my 17 year old daughter who had acne style break outs on her face and unlike other teen facials, there were no "popping the zits" - just proper treatment, products and instruction. Her skin never looked better. The products themselves are all natural, priced better than fair and most importantly very effective.
