Parkinson's can be overwhelming, especially knowing each day may be your best as it progresses. Active Life has changed that. Weekly sessions with Shannon and Heath, both trained in Parkinson's exercise regimens, have clearly slowed and in some ways reversed Parkinson's attack. Top notch, highly customized training! Heath has been awesome to work with to fine tune my fitness goals - which are always a work in progress - and has been a great resource for helping me work out minor aches and pains that I assumed were a standard part of being 42. I don’t have much to say about it except that I’ve been coached by Heath on and off for over 10 years, he’s better today than he ever was, and he was always great: Knowledgeable and inspiring.
The workouts are excellent! The attached videos Make it pretty easy to figure out new movements and stretches. I also find the tips and suggestions very helpful in creating positive life habits.
Heath is everything a coach should be--genuine, ego-less, committed to your success, knows just how hard to push and when to let you just do your best, and very knowledgeable. But the best part about working out with Heath is that class is always FUN! Never a full moment in his classes. Definitely recommend.

Heath is low stress, he helps you instead of “manages” you. He makes sure you have clear expectations and goals and helps you achieve those expectations and goals through a functional plan.
