CoCreations remodeled our kitchen down to the studs, including taking out a wall. Andrea helped us with the design and she is amazing, and Nick, Ana and Josh made sure all of the construction stayed on track. Everyone we met through CoCreations was professional and delightful. We will definitely be using CoCreations again for our next project!

My wife and I have just moved into our home, a full new construction build by CoCreations. We began with a tree-filled lot and were lucky to find Nick early on. He is knowledgeable and honest, with a background in electrical work, he knows the profession from starting as a tradesman to now owning his own company. He and wife Ana got us onboard with their patient communication and great attitudes. We provided some parameters, and they worked with us to design the blueprint. Josh managed the build on-site and Andrea covered design aspects and finishes. From tree clearing to move-in, we were in the weeds and saw the house step-by-step almost every weekend. Having seen many construction sites and done safety inspections for a living, this was far and away the cleanest and best organized site I’ve been around. Each phase started and finished on time, nothing piecemeal or scattered. Area cleaned and unused materials removed promptly. They obviously care about quality and consistency and it shows in the habits maintained on site by the company and all subs used. These habits give us confidence in the quality of the finished product we have even in areas we may not be able to see. Communication was good with all members we interacted with, and they went the extra mile to meet and exceed our requests, even when we made changes along the way during the build. Everything is customizable, you can choose as many or as few details of the project as you’d like, or they will give creative solutions if you aren’t sure. Don’t hesitate, you will be pleased with this group and their work! Thanks, CoCreations for building our dream home!

We had a great experience with CoCreations - renovated our kitchen, master bath, upstairs bath, half bath, laundry area, and outdoor shed. It was a lot, but they had everything major done within 4 weeks. Quick communication and lots of attention paid to detail. Everything turned out beautifully and we will definitely use them again for further projects we are planning.

Cocreations was AMAZING! I can’t say enough about how professional, talented and organized they are. Ana, Nick and Josh made my master bath look a work of Art! If you think you want to do any remodel project in your home and don’t know where to start? Start with Cocreations!

We had a fantastic experience working with CoCreations! They built and designed a large addition for us: a master suite, bonus room, garage, and mudroom. We love that CoCreations is a family business and helped us build the best home for the future of our family. Their iterative design process ensured that our addition has functional and flexible spaces with toddler friendly materials. Nick was honest and has great attention to detail. Ana helped us to design a beautiful space that is modern and matches the charm of our 1940's home. Josh is the site manager, and was diligent in ensuring the build was meeting our expectations. We highly recommend CoCreations and would work with them in the future.

Nick, Ana and Co-Creations did a full house remodel for us on a 1950s home. So much needed to be done from structural repair to changing the floor plan to adding an addition and their work was phenomenal. Communication between Nick, Ana and their foreman Josh was always open, honest and they never made me feel as if I was a bother. The whole team helped answer questions when I was lost, Josh made our ideas come to life while also making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction and Ana’s design skills helped to give us a beautiful kitchen, the bathroom of my dreams and wonderful colors to work with in and out of my home. Nick always made sure to check in and confirm that I was pleased with decisions, work and progress and even called a month after move in to make sure we were still completely happy. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone needing any work done on their home!

We were extremely pleased with the bathroom renovation that CoCreations did for us. The new bathroom is beautiful and functional, and everyone who sees it loves it. It was also a pleasure to work with Nick and Ana. They were very prompt and responsive. Everything happened when they said it would, at the price they quoted us. We also did this renovation while I had two small boys under four. I was worried about the boys getting into everything, but CoCreations cleaned everything at the end of each day and put everything away. I cannot recommend them enough.

We found CoCreations by chance when an acquaintance posted about her kitchen remodel on social media. The look of her home was exactly the feel we wanted, so we called Nick for a quote. We discussed a kitchen remodel, a build out of a laundry closet, and the update of our mudroom. Nick is a truly remarkable contractor. He was so sharp, kind, warm, interactive, and collaborative. We were sold from jump by his knowledge and attitude. We also loved the concept of a family-owned business run by him and his lovely wife, Ana. Ana and Nick were accessible throughout the project. They stuck to the timeline and gave us a truly turn-key experience. Nick knows his stuff and also knows when he needs input from other professionals. He does not over-promise or under-deliver. He took the time and care to be sure that we were happy and routinely found tiny things he wanted to touch up before the project's end that I may never have even noticed. Ana and Nick know how to make customers feel important and special. Their kindness and warmth are imbued into our house and we couldn't possibly be more grateful. I have recommended CoCreations to many folks already and will continue to wholeheartedly do so! My only concern is that they'll get too busy before we're ready to take on our next project which will no doubt fall into Nick's capable hands.

Wanted to give a hearty recommendation to Cocreations Construction & Design LLC. We hired them to do a fairly small job - our kitchen backsplash - and are so happy with both the work and the process. Ana is kind, organized, and responsive, and was communicative throughout the process, from choosing tile to re-hanging the microwave. All of the people who worked on the project were skilled, lovely, and took care to clean up after their work was done. Even though it was a small project, Ana and Nick made it clear that it had their full attention and care. And it came out so gorgeous!

Nick and Ana not only built us a beautiful house, but they turned it into a home! They pretty much held our hand through an entire rebuild. Nick is excellent with design and offered suggestions and ideas to help make our home fabulous! They were very patient and accommodating. The process was very smooth and the communication was excellent to keep us informed of how things were going. Nick and Ana are hipsters with an old school mentality - quality, trustworthy and provide excellent customer service. The details in our home are like no other, and we receive rave reviews whenever we have visitors.

Nick and Ana were so easy to work with, They always had great design suggestions. Their work was top notch with great attention to detail. Quick, trustworthy, quality service!

As a first-time homeowner, they made me feel so comfortable during the remodeling process. They were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I loved my home. They did FANTASTIC work!
