Been going here for almost a year now. I've made insane progress. All you have to do is get yourself through the front door. If you're hesitant...then just go for it, you will not regret it. It doesn't matter what stage of fitness you're at because they start you where it's best for you, even if you've never worked out a day in your life that's OK. Be steady and follow the coaches, within 6 months you will be on your way to elite fitness and there is no money in the world or pill that can promise that. You have to work for it, but with Crossfit Addict all you really have to do is show up. The rest is all handled for you when you attend the classes.

Been going for a little over a week now and the gym, coaches, and other members are amazing. Haven't had a workout I didn't feel really made me work for it and the encouragement that everyone gives you helps you fight for those extra reps! Would highly recommend!

When I joined CrossFit Addict a month ago I was feeling pretty unmotivated towards my health and fitness. I had stagnated working out solo at the traditional gym.Just four weeks later I am excited to wake up every morning and see what workout is in store for me. Guaranteed, there is always a new challenge or skill to improve. I feel stronger and move better than I have in years.The coaches are there not only to motivate but to educate. They are always there to help you correct your form to stay safe and I truly believe they want to see you to succeed. If there is an exercise that you are intimidated by, they will give you a scaled down version so you can build your way up.The atmosphere is very welcoming. Having so many great people working along side me has really pushed me to do things I never thought I could.I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape and have fun while doing so.

Out of towner coming to Richmond for work. Dropped in @ CrossFit Addict for a few workouts. Whole gym was very friendly, and spoke directly with the owner who made sure I had the best experience. I did a week-long drop-in at CrossFit Addict while visiting, and it was fantastic. Coach Trey was exceptional - knowledgeable, encouraging, and great at scaling workouts for my level. The members were incredibly supportive, making me feel like part of the community from day one. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. Highly recommend for locals or visitors. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

I joined Addict after dropping in at basically every CrossFit gym in RVA. I was immediately impressed by the energy of the coaches and hospitality of the members. Addict really has a great community of people of all ages and skill levels. Despite the fast paced classes, the coaches are great at breaking down scaling options and ensuring newcomers are comfortable. The facilities are always clean with plenty of space even when classes are busy. Couldn’t be more grateful for Addict, especially the 4:30 crew, for making my few months in Richmond so great!

I joined Crossfit Addict for the 10-weeks I was in Richmond working, and I could not have asked for a better gym and community. The gym is full of kind, supportive people who push you to be stronger.
