Extremely disappointed with this gym’s values and lack of safety standards for FEMALE members. They actively protect and endorse service providers who are facing serious, ongoing sexual assault criminal prosecutions. When concerns about client safety and professional ethics were raised, the gym’s management chose to block and silence the concerned party instead of conducting a proper inquiry. A gym that prioritizes protecting problematic contractors over the safety of its community is not a safe space. Female clients, please beware.

I’ve had such a great experience at this gym. One of the things that really sets it apart is its smaller size. It creates a welcoming, supportive atmosphere where you never feel lost in a crowd. Because the classes are intentionally kept small, the trainers are able to give each person the attention they deserve. Thank you Ivo and Maria! You are awesome!

I recently moved into the area and have been on a quest to find a boutique gym: I found it! Shred905The team and participants at Shred905 have been very welcoming with a sense of familial comradery that I truly appreciate.I met with Maria DeFilippis owner and instructor who took the time to get to know me, asking what type of exercises I've done and like, and she made some suggestions.As a result, I have taken several classes including HIIT, Movement & Mobility, as well as Kickboxing. Each of the instructors: Maria, Dwayne, and Ivo are super amazing, take pride in their craft and ensure you are doing the exercises properly.Thank you, keep up the good work. See you in class!

The gym is great and the staff along with the instructors are amazing as well, but some of the older ladies can be desperate creeps and they become extremely annoying/irritating over trying to get younger men's attention for pleasure-related purposes. A big shoutout to the ladies that understand boundaries, keep on being amazing!!!However, this behaviour from some resulted in myself not wanting to attend certain classes here that resulted in some of those classes being cancelled due to lack of students signing up for those classes.I urge the gym to start setting up a code of conduct for the ladies to follow for such behaviour as some women do not understand what, "No", means and their desperation for attention becomes BEYOND CREEPY and OVERBEARRING.

I attended the HIIT class on Monday morning with Ryan and had a truly fantastic workout. The small class size and fundamental approach of this gym really allowed for the instructor to quickly and effectively correct a lot of my bad habits that I didn't even know I had! I workout everyday but I felt the difference immediately in this class and am still feeling the effects from a thorough workout the next day! This all made for a very comfortable and personalized to me experience, so I can't wait to go to another class soon! Thanks Shred905!!
