I am a newer member at SHRED905 and have had such a positive experience so far. Maria has created a very welcoming environment. I absolutely love the spin classes. Each instructor is very knowledgeable, motivating and engaging!

Absolutely love this place. So accommodating and pleasant to deal with! The coaches make the classes fun and encouraging. I actually feel excited to come work out every time, instead of dreading it like I used to. 10/10 would recommend to my friends!

She went on and on about how this was her “boutique business” and “how to run a smart business”. I won’t even go on to how she talked to my girlfriend. From the moment you walk through the door your voice is heard - you are are asked what you want to focus on, empowering you on the direction of your fitness journey. You are coached throughout your workout, with tweaks, adjustments and learnings being the most pivotal part of your growth. I have worked with both Coach Ivo and Coach Adam, and although they both bring differing styles forward in their approach and coaching, it has only shown me that there are many different paths and ways to working out. Most importantly they have encouraged me to focus on where and how I have grown (from lifting 8lbs to now lifting up 35lbs for upper body), encouraging me when they see I’m stuck in my thoughts or fears, and cheering me on loudly when I set a new personal best. When I enter the gym I am seen a person and not a number (as you would feel in large or franchized gyms), and that is directly related back to the gym’s values. Maria and team have done a stellar job in upholding that! As mentioned in other posts, classes are small, focused with electrify energy, and it is clean! The most welcoming atmosphere ever! Maria was so welcoming and it didn’t feel like it was my first time visiting the studio. She taught me how to work the bike, didn’t rush through anything and the workout was something else! I’ve never done a spin class before so it was challenging but still amazing! I would definitely come again

I went to Shred905 for the first time last week and let me tell you...it was GREAT! They have state of the art equipment and very intelligent and well-trained instructors! I went to the evening CardioBox class with Ali and he kicked my butt. I LOVED working out in they're boxing ring! Awesome gym! I will definitely be going back again!
