We recently moved so needed a new groomer. Our puppy loved our old one in Ohio. We chose Casa Do Pet due to the amazing reviews but our experience was terrible. Our puppy whined and howled the whole time (very unlike her) so my husband went to check on them to find her collar too tight around her neck. They used human nail clippers on our puppy which cut her toe and it bled everywhere. After we asked them about it they claimed it was normal. That is NOT normal, and it’s incredibly insulting for them to suggest otherwise. Do not use them Less

Debora is a nice lady and she listens to your grooming requests. She’s on time and did a great job at two hours compared to our past experiences keeping Rafaelo in the salon for five hours. Rafy came out great and clean with his cute mohawk! We’re happy we decided to try mobile grooming the first time with Casa do pet! Less
