Hi, I found a recliner sofa from comfy, living Chicago and it looked great. It was a Refurbished model, great condition and it works like the video shown.So I texted the company to see if it was available and it still was. The price was just right for me. The owners are very professional and polite. So I bought and had it delivered to my place.I had it delivered over the weekend and the delivery guys were very nice and quick and able to deliver with no issues. Just tell them at the store what floor you’re on and if your item is large. Like this sofa. So the delivery guys are better informed. They delivered with care.I would definitely recommend you to contact them for any Furniture needs like me someone looking for quality and reasonable prices. Update 3/13Just purchased a new couch after the dogs tracked in oil from the under the el and there was no saving it. Knew this is where I would shop again and found the perfect couch again. Delivery was fantastic and ive sent three others that have bought couches from this company. Gotta love them!Honestly could not be more pleased! The ordering process was incredibly easy and the sofa arrived in a couple days. Delivery was smooth and fast. Additionally I have moved three states in the past 3.5 years and have bought more couches than I care to admit this sofa is by far the best quality and the price was impossible to beat. We had a great experience with Comfy Living Chicago! Edgar was great to work with—super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. When we arrived, we didn’t know what to expect but once we walked inside, we were happily greeted by Edgar. The showroom had high quality options. We had gone to so many different stores trying to find the right couch and just couldn’t find one that worked for our space. The couch we purchased is custom made, super comfortable, and fits our space perfectly.Delivery was also smooth, which made the experience even better. We’re extremely happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Comfy Living Chicago!

I cannot recommend Comfy Living enough! The showroom had so many great options and we got such a good deal on a new couch and a TV stand. They also got our couch to us (and hauled away the old one and a giant chair) the very next day. Part of our new couch ended up being too big for our entryway, but they disassembled it and brought it back the next day. A brand new couch in our home in just TWO DAYS. Insane speed and customer service. Plus this couch is crazy comfy. I'm actually so worried my friends are going to come over, sit on this couch, and never leave.

Every single experience with this company has been fantastic. Setting up a meeting at the warehouse was easy, we had an excellent time in the showroom and saw so many fantastic refurbished options for incredible prices. Once we chose the one we wanted, it was easy-peasy from there. Delivery was exactly on-time, communication beforehand was impeccable and the two delivery drivers were so nice and helpful.In the end, we got a high-end couch (that was immediately puppy-approved 😅) for a fraction of the retail price, easy and quick delivery AND reasonably priced haul-away of our old couch.I HIGHLY recommend this company.

GREAT experience with Comfy Living Chicago! Andy was fantastic to work with in the show room, and Edgar was very helpful with scheduling delivery. Jakobe and Haywood were wonderful! They delivered my couch with care and were very efficient and professional. The couch is comfortable and just as beautiful as it was in the showroom. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality furniture at great prices with wonderful service!
