I truly can’t say enough positive things about Compound Fitness! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported—not just by the trainers, but by the entire community. The atmosphere is motivating, inclusive, and energizing, which makes it a place you genuinely want to be.The trainers—Sarah, Tara, Kelsey, Brooke, Aspen, and John—are absolutely incredible. They consistently design challenging, well-thought-out workouts that push you to be your best while still meeting you where you are. No matter your fitness level, they take the time to provide an individualized approach, ensuring you feel confident, supported, and successful in every session.The equipment is top-notch, the programming is effective, and the sense of community among members is unmatched. Since joining, I’ve grown not only physically stronger, but mentally stronger as well. This gym has truly made a positive impact on my life, and I’m so grateful to be a part of it.
