I loved the atmosphere, the coaches that I was able to meet and everyone, from staff to those working out were so welcoming. I have physical limitations from a back injury and I’m plus size and ALL of the classes meet you where you are physically with alternatives to accommodate you! And NO no one watches you, they are all busy getting their workout done. You will however hear a “Yeah!” “Nice!” and “Great Job! from your coaches and other members! I have only been here 3 times so far, but each time I was there it was such a great experience! Corey really helps everyone individually to ensure they get the most of their workout! The classes are small so it’s not too intimidating! I signed up for this place after my first workout and am planning to be there everyday of the week! This is a gym that is actually like a family. Tight knit group, Corey will push you and no doubt you’ll make progress. Love the energy, love the feel.

This gym is amazing for beginners like me. It’s been well over 10yrs since I’ve worked out but Corey and Ahmed make you feel comfortable and start you off at a level that works just right for you!! All you have to do is give it a chance. Even though I’m sore I’m hooked already!... More
