Worked in Lantech last year from March till February. I no longer work here, but I was kindly asked to leave a review of my experience) This company gave me the opportunity to make money and feel welcomed in a new place) Me and my friend started working here after three months after we moved to the US. Worked in Detroit. There were a lot of jobs and always enough calls. We worked overtime because we wanted to earn more money and we managed to get 2000-2200 per week (not including tips). Ставка конкурентная, обучение оплачивают. Авто в автопарке нет, надо брать в аренду, как и инструменты. Пришел с другом, проработал три месяца, после чего работу сменил. Друг остался, работает до сих пор. Платили вовремя, простоев, в принципе, не было, клиентов хватало.

From my experience, subcontractors are not treated well there. Communication is scarce and often confusing. Frequent shortages of equipment, plus documentation is practically non-existent.

The manager is scammer. He is not good for cooperation! They don’t even provide insurance. The car rental is insane and they charge you for all small things and the payments are being held for literally nothing. Mine got hold for “equipment loss” and I haven’t seen those money since then!
