My wife and I were interested in moving to Star, Idaho from Florida in order to be closer to family. We selected Curtis based on his informative videos. When I came to the hard decision to leave CA, I started researching Idaho and I came across Curtis Chism’s videos on social media. He had so much information in his videos that gave you pros and cons so that you could make well informed decisions. He went over all the topics that make huge differences in life. I reached out and he responded the same day and scheduled a video chat to work out what I was looking for, budget, and the timeline. When I met him in Idaho, he had researched every single home we were scheduled to look at and gave me detailed information on the homes which is so important to know what you are spending a large sum of money on. When I found my dream home, it was out of my budget and I had to come up with a bit more money and Curtis really negotiated hard for me and I was able to get my offer accepted.
