I had a situation where the builder built a different kitchen layout (literally cutting corners and cabinet space) and refused to fix it or acknowledge any wrongdoing. The builder told me they would let me out of the contract and relist for 10k higher. It was shady and devastating- just weeks away from moving in. Curtis fought with the builder multiple times on the phone and in person. Eventually the builder agreed to give a monetary compensation for the mistake. I was very glad to have Curtis’ knowledge of the new construction process and his sharp negotiating skills. There is no doubt I would hire Curtis again. Less
