Had a problem with my toilet not flushing i was worried a frozen pipe or sewer line called these guys scheduled for same day nikki who called was so sweet said they could schedule me that day at 12/2 or 2/4 lol it was 11:55 am i said 12/2 is great Justin was there by 12:15 and extremely polite personable just awesome turned out to be a very quick fix told me of other services offered that would be beneficial to me in future and was ever so patient with my 2 130 lb dogs jumping at him for love lol was just awesome experience a little pricier than expected but amazing service will call again!! Justin is a keeper. Thank you guys .

I cannot recommend Vanguard Plumbing. Their billing method seems based on what they consider "value billing" rather than a simple published hourly rate. My technician mentioned that he was only billing me for one hour and then later only 45 minutes before presenting a bill for $500+. There were no materials provided, only labor, one man. The leak was fixed but the cost was excessive.

Replaced a garbage disposal and kitchen sink faucet. These items were provided to the technician. The technician was terrific. He was ontime, efficient, knowledgeable, neat, and clean. The job was completed in 1 1/2 hours.
