Eric, at Volante of Pinellas Park took the time to give us a phenomenal tour of the building. While we were walking, he personally introduced us to many of the staff, including housekeepers, maintenance, caregivers, nurses and activity directors. He knew them each by name and remembered all of our names as well. You can tell he takes his job seriously and cares for what he does. The building was clean and well kept. The residents were just finishing lunch and everything seemed to be running so smoothly! The building was also decorated for Christmas so beautifully. I would definitely recommend this facility (and Eric) to everyone! Less

As an entertainer for senior living residences across Portland, I’ve been to many places, some luxurious, some for outside appearances not much to look at. Volante Senior Living immediately gave me a sense that the staff (and there were a lot everywhere) were all fully present, fully engaged and fully committed to not just the safety of their residents (although that’s certainly a plus), but also the well-being of each and every one. So much attention was paid to the needs of the residents. Some memory-impaired joined the performance and they were not just tolerated but accepted by the general assisted living residents. The warmth and caring generated by Deborah and Candace was reflected in each and every caretaker, janitor, receptionist, and general staff. A fellow coughed loudly and uncontrollably during the performance and no one turned to him irritated or flustered. I sang a song that moved a woman to tears and Candace immediately saw it and moved to sit by her and hold her hand. I look forward to returning to bring joy and pleasure to all at this home. Less

This is my first time visiting Volante of Pinellas Park, I’m a social worker and I want to retire and move in! Eric Goodwin-Kane is phenomenal. He invited social workers to tour and judge the residents Xmas decorated doors. He introduced us to everyone from the housekeepers to the directors, which for me said volumes regarding his respect for each and every department and the worker and their worth, no matter their position. We met residents who by the way were all wearing smiling faces, engaging and happy. Clean and smelling fresh is how I would describe Volante’s environment. I’m super busy, but I attended this gathering because of Mr. Eric Goodman-Kane and his community involvement. He visits our properties, smiling, with important information, and I’ve never heard a negative word from him. Volante gets a great big 👍 Less

All of the staffs in that facility has been great, my father been in volante senior living in the memory care unit since December 2023.every time I go there it always makes me feel like I had chosen the right place for him. they care for him like it was their family member and keep me updated on what has been happening to him. Stephanie the memory care director has been wonderful. and whatever I needed from the doctor she would relay the message for me as she was me. the care she put in to make sure my dad is taken care of it's been wonderful. and Linda who is the activities director she always sends me photo of my dad so when I am at work it's so nice getting photo or video to check on him and the whole memory care staffs there is many of them, they all been so wonderful and great, every time I visits my dad they keep me up on what he been up to the day of or that week and if there is anything funny happens they would let me know, they treat him like it their family and it warms my heart when I see that also my dad doesn't speak any English the staffs there still try to communicate with him with either hand sign or even trying to get an app on the phone for the translator app so they can try to speak to him the extra miles they would go I could never ask for better place for my dad to be there and Nick the director of the facility, he has been great and when I had questions about the facility or any kind of billing, he gets back to me right away and work with our family needs. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a place for their parent. the facility is great they always have activities and event going on and even had hair salon. which we love and use often. Janie Kellett is the best administrator EVER! She inspires the rest of the staff to do their best and generates an atmosphere where they enjoy each other in fun ways while working diligently to keep everything running smoothly. Less

The entire staff is wonderful. Especially Janie K. Our Executive Administrator is hands down the most incredible person. She takes a personal interest in every resident. She has an upbeat personality and leadership skills that are unique and unmatched by anyone. I can’t imagine living here without her. We all love you Janie. Less
