Great Gym with a welcoming atmosphere. The personal trainers are all very knowledgeable and provide individual support and encouragement. Taking the time to explain specifics of exercises and the benefits of different techniques. It's the best gym I have ever been a member of.

All the coaches at Stronger are great — professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping people improve. I’ve had a really positive experience training there.That said, I especially want to mention Vitória Retamero. She’s an excellent coach: very attentive, knowledgeable, and always adapts the sessions to the individual. She’s also incredibly friendly and motivating, which makes a big difference. Training with her has helped me see real progress and stay consistent.Highly recommend Stronger and the coaching team.

Absolutely love this gym! The atmosphere is super motivating, the equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and the trainers are so friendly and supportive. Couldn’t be happier and can't recommend it enough!!!

3 months in and I honestly couldn’t be happier. As someone who was genuinely petrified of lifting weights in a regular gym, I never thought I’d enjoy weight training never mind look forward to it. The trainers are absolutely fab and so supportive, and there’s such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. There’s a great sense of community and guaranteed craic at every session.

STG🏋‍♂️would not be what it is,only for the amazing coaches, they are exceptionally professional and friendly, the team is made up of,,Paul,Nial Joe,Mick,and Juile,So for me to come out of my comfort zone was absolutely huge,ive a substantial birthday coming up,and my aim is not to be too stereotypical for that age group, so I decided to take a look @ STG,I've never been treated any different than younger crew,although am bit slower🐌,and that's super cool with them,so don't let the older person in,and try STG,they are doing free trials ATM, there are all ages and shapes here in STG, in a super friendly environment ☺️
