This place is a hidden gem! I knew nothing about Kung Fu before finding this school. I was just trying to find a new activity that my son might enjoy. I was surprised to see that Kung Fu is actually a very beautiful form of martial arts. The class teaches hand eye coordination, meditation, fitness and agility, discipline, self-defense, and the list goes on. It is open to anyone at any age who wants to learn Kung Fu, and adults and children are combined to learn from each other at class. My daughter and I joined several weeks ago and the experience has been great! It's hard to get her to enjoy anything that has to do with physical activity but she loves it.
