I did not answer some of the questions because we have not gotten to them yet. We are done with first painting. Next I assume will be flooring/countertops/lighting etc. we have been very happy with the process so far. The only thing we would really like to have is a firm close date. We have movers to line up, utilities to set up, deliveries to set up. We totally understand the way things are in this uncertain environment, but would really like to get a date as soon as we can. But we are extremely happy with Kamie and Nick and it has been a pleasure working with them. Less

We completed our dream house with Regency in 2020 and we are thrilled with our new home! From the beginning of the process to the final walk through, the process was extraordinarily smooth and easy. When we first toured the model, we met Kamie Mielke, their sales representative at the Indian Pointe model. Kamie guided us from day one until the closing. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and always in communication regarding the process. We could not have asked for a better guide while building our home. Regency's entire team was very easy to work with and our project manager, Nick, was fantastic! Whenever we had a concern or question, he responded to us quickly and completely. On the final walkthrough, we made note of a few items and Nick addressed them to our satisfaction in a very timely manner. Our experience with Regency has been great! We spent over a year thinking about building our house, and went to the model home about 2-3 times a month. Colleen was always very helpful and polite. We never felt like we were being pressured or shrugged off because we were not making a quick decision. She has always been there and answered any questions we have had throughout the building process. We are now in our home and we love it!
