We had Regency build a home in Walnut Lake which we moved to in 2005. Since then we relocated in KC area and built another home. The difference in the experience is HUGE! In Omaha, the quality of construction, total involvement from initial drawings and meetings were far superior to what we experienced in KC, not to mention costs. The whole building process was extremely smooth with excellent communication thru out. I would highly recommend that any family considering building in the Omaha area give Regency a serious look. I did not answer some of the questions because we have not gotten to them yet. We are done with first painting. Next I assume will be flooring/countertops/lighting etc. we have been very happy with the process so far. The only thing we would really like to have is a firm close date. We have movers to line up, utilities to set up, deliveries to set up. We totally understand the way things are in this uncertain environment, but would really like to get a date as soon as we can. But we are extremely happy with Kamie and Nick and it has been a pleasure working with them. Less

We completed our dream house with Regency in 2020 and we are thrilled with our new home! From the beginning of the process to the final walk through, the process was extraordinarily smooth and easy. When we first toured the model, we met Kamie Mielke, their sales representative at the Indian Pointe model. Kamie guided us from day one until the closing. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and always in communication regarding the process. We could not have asked for a better guide while building our home. Regency's entire team was very easy to work with and our project manager, Nick, was fantastic! Whenever we had a concern or question, he responded to us quickly and completely. On the final walkthrough, we made note of a few items and Nick addressed them to our satisfaction in a very timely manner. We looked at several home models, built by several different builders. We narrowed our list and revisited our favorite floor plans. In the end we chose Regency Homes. For us it came down to the quality of the finished home. The extra detail really gives the home a high end look at an affordable cost. Our sales representative was Kamie, she was never too busy to answer any questions or concerns. We were also able to correspond via text and email. She was very prompt in getting back with an answer. Another reason we chose Regency Homes was they are very flexible in floor plan alterations. We were able to integrate two floor plans to include window alterations. Regency Homes built our dream home and met every request we asked for. Working with the project manager was also a great experience. During the build and closing inspection every concern was addressed and or fixed. We have lived in our home for 12 months now. The warranty process is also awesome. We had minor items to report, mostly cosmetic items. All items we addressed and we could not be happier. Our experience with Regency has been great! We spent over a year thinking about building our house, and went to the model home about 2-3 times a month. Colleen was always very helpful and polite. We never felt like we were being pressured or shrugged off because we were not making a quick decision.
