I canceled my membership several months ago (the gym was too small and crowded for my liking) and they made it a difficult process not calling me back after telling me they would 3 different times. I finally went in and canceled only to be charged $332 4 months later, even though I haven't been charged between then and now and I have been going to a gym elsewhere. I can't get ahold of anyone and Spencer refuses to call me back to get this resolved. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Overall between the size, atmosphere, and the staff's "professionalism" I would not recommend going to this gym. Less
