I go to kickboxing and it’s a very motivational, upbeat, beginner friendly class! Great workout and a great little community! Couch Isaiah is the best!

Move over crossfit. There is a new dog in town. Brazilian jujitsu is the bomb . I'm 61 years old and I havent had that much fun and awesome of a work out since college.
