Love this gym! Efficient 30 minute workouts that provide results. Dedicated trainers who motivate you to do your best, whatever level you're at. Fellow gym members that encourage and celebrate each other's success. Actually enjoy the early AM classes. I may go in bleary-eyed but half-hour later, come out feeling I can conquer anything the day throws at me.

I signed up after their Fall into Fitness special for the two-year membership! Classes are super convenient with early morning sessions to after workday sessions. It’s been such a fun experience getting one of my friends to sign up and something for us to do together! This place is so perfect for that extra accountability if you need it! The entire staff is full of positive energy and you 100% will have a better day, every single time leaving P fit. I am pregnant and having a horrible time staying motivated on my own to work out and P fit has been a vital part of my fitness during this pregnancy. They also give you diet and calorie recommendations ! I am so grateful I found them!

I'm fairly new to P-fit but it's unlike any gym I've been to in the past. The coaches don't just show you what to do & walk away. The are so supportive , motivating & guide you throughout the workout. There are a lot of stoked high fives and encouragement going around . If I find something difficult or impossible to do they are amazing they modify everything.
