This is a game changer. In 30min, I get the perfect workout under quality, disciplined instruction. The coaches are awesome, professional, trained, and have great positive attitudes. Extremely well organized and coached. 5 stars and then some! Show up, be consistent with your diet, and watch your life change before your very eyes.

I started going to Pfit North Cape the day they opened in August of 2020. The trainers are always encouraging and supportive no matter what’s going on in your life. They modify the activities based on strengths or weaknesses. If you have an injury they make sure nothing is painful for you. I would highly recommend Pfit. I have more confidence and Imm the strongest I have ever been.

P-fit is unlike any normal gym. It goes above and beyond. They don't just have coaches available (like a chain that will go unnamed), the coaches interact with you during every workout. Hands down the best gym and trained coaches EVER! The coaches are very welcoming, motivational, and push you to do exercises you might typically shy away from. I love that the workouts are creative and fun but also work different parts of the muscle groups. I worked out my entire pregnancy and the coaches assisted with modifications or support needed. Highly recommended!

Love the gym. Been going since this location opened in 2020. Coaches are great. 30 minutes of HIIT and you are good to go. Multiple class times to fit everyone's needs. Every class ends with Family on 3.

There’s a reason PFit has been voted The Best for 6 years in a row. Because it is. There is no other fitness facility in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area that has created the community PFit has while primarily delivered results over and over again for members regardless of age, ability or previous experience (if any). Been a part since the beginning and will never consider another facility.

Going to the gym is my favorite part of the day. The coaches have inspired me to be better and more aware of my health on all levels. I’m grateful to them everyday for their constant support.

PF is more than a gym. Its a FIT FAM! This place teaches you about nutrition and proper form, as well as constantly helping out the community and charities. It really is what you make of it. I love all the trainers, super knowledgeable and will help you with any modifications. These workouts are made for EVERYONE! The clients push each other, and I've made so many TRUE friends who help me RISE! 80lbs down in 5 and a half months. Back to my bubbly self and tapped into my mind, body, and soul connection.
