Melanie was brought to our extremely remote CAH as a travel nurse. She used her extensive knowledge to bring current staff up-to-date as well as train newly hired OR nurses. Her skill-set and ability to educate OR nurses is unsurpassed! I can't quantify the increase in staff knowledge and subsequent increase in patient safety/care.
