If they use the wrong forms (more than once) and then wait long enough to respond that your claim gets closed and cost you thousands in back pay, they will graciously give you a 5% discount.

First, I want to to say that I am eternally grateful for TVS on what they've been able to accomplish for me for what I haven't been able to for over 8 years!!! They are hands down nothing short of STELLAR in their services, professionalism and overall process in helping me get my rating increase! They made the process very easy for me and were extremely fast in obtaining all the necessary paperwork, developing the strategy with me collectively and submitting all paperwork without any issues! I want to personally commend Chris Marcelo, Kevin Mogavero, Robin Rutledge, Brittany Rutledge, Angela Youmans, Jasmine Ager and Stephanie (I'm sorry, don't have the last name :-(. This entire team delivered exactly what was promised and I cannot say enough about what they accomplished for me! As a result, I am now following up with TVS to continue onto Phase 2 in my journey and am confident of the outcome as we continue to proceed forward. If it wasn't for the young lady (wish I knew her name) who approached me at the St. Pete BikeFest a few months ago, I'd still be completely in limbo and probably would have given up fighting the VA. As of today, I finally reached 100%. I've tried three other companies, all who claimed to be able to get me from 90 to 100%. They all failed. True Vet Solutions submitted for an increase on November 18th, and as of today (01/14/26) I'm at 100% with no C&P exam. Thanks True Vet Solutions.

I've been trying to contact TVS for weeks and they don't answer their phones. I finally got a FB msg from someone who set up an phone appointment, the call never came. I went to messaging and was given a number to call, a young lady answered and after I explained the situation she said some named Rodney would call me. Its now going 2 weeks and no calls. Really disappointed in the lack of service. I had high expectations since they did help a friend of mine. Very disappointed, think it's time to call BBB and file a complaint.

They come off as a Vet service that only wants to help. But they are merely another money driven company taking advantage of veterans in need. You don’t realize how much they are charging you till it’s too late. How anyone could treat Veterans this way is disgraceful. Sure some who end up getting years of back pay don’t mind the huge bill. But if you’re only going for an increase in your percentage. There are other agencies out there that actually help without g gouging you.

Honestly, this company didn’t do much for us. The real ticket is the nexus letter. Having an outside evaluation was the key for my husband—which we could’ve done ourselves. We just really expected more from having a company help us out. I know we were easy money for them. I was not impressed with True Vets lack of internal communication. They called us after we had already received the decision letter to let us know what to expect while waiting for a decision from the VA. After letting them know that we already sent the letter to the person we had been receiving help from, Chris, they were quick to change their tone and say “Congratulations” and let us know we’d be hearing from billing🙄 it still took them over two weeks to get back to use regarding payment. The payment was a whole issue too. I was told to contact my bank to make sure there wasn’t an issue on my end. Trying to get a hold of them after that was a pain. Just again, lack of communication.

My name is Victoria. I'm a Navy Vet. I started this disability journey in 2019 got stuck at 90% in 2023. I needed help getting from 90% to 100%. True Vet Solutions did a good job getting my rating increase but at a cost that I later discovered was outrageous. They charge 5 times the amount of the increase. They got me a $900 increase but are changing me $4500 to do it. I found other companies who charge 1 time fee of the difference leaving me, the unemployable vet with the money to survive but TVS wants nearly a half years worth. 1 ⭐️ for getting it done. Minus 4 stars for gouging a struggling disabled vet
