Did a great job fixing my husband's computer and finding the root cause. And were fairly quick to get it done. Price ended up being less than originally quoted thanks to a few used parts in stock and finding out that one part that we thought was broken actually indeed still worked it was just a bad cable. Should we ever need computer help again we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend

I was more than pleased with the service that I received ai ClickIt. I went there based on the reviews they had received and I was not disappointed. I am in my 80s and not as techy as the younger generation so I found Raiden extremely helpful answering questions that I had. I decided to leave my computer overnight so that they could go through it and just give it a general check up. When I went to pick it up the next day, I had to come in a little later than I had planned and it was near closing time and yet Rodrigo took the time to show me some things that would be helpful to me and their price for going through my computer I felt very, very reasonable. I would highly recommend this team in the store. Both were pleasant and kind and I’d say they would get a 10+ as far as customer service.
