I brought my 5 year old twins for a free 2 week trial here and immediately fell in love with the place. There are garden beds in front, plants all throughout the space. Feels very local, and not like a chain kung fu establishment that packs in tons of students for profit. The individualized attention is great! Staff are super friendly. My twins are both loving it so much. I signed them up for a year of classes and they are growing with each class! They’re both on the autism spectrum and staff have been instantly accommodating.

Very friendly instructors and members; low pressure authentic and more about lifestyle and spirit/mind/body with a focus on each- rather than Just combat training. They do a wonderful meditation at the end of class and are very welcoming to all ages, sizes, and capability/level, irrespective of gender. I love this place and plan to be back soon!

What gets you first when you walk into AWTKF you are taken by the sheer size of it. It so reminds me of the old traditional Kung fu I trained when I was youngerThen you meet the instructors who are all extremely nice informative and show that they truly care about their school.I was fortunate in that I got to have a long conversation with Master Rizzo. He explainedthe art into something I could understand.Being injured, he explained that first they would tackle that with herbs and focused training.As my old kung fut each used to say, "You cannot progress to the next level of your training if your body cannot accept the training."I am happy I stopped by and saw the school first hand. I look forward to the day when I can begin.
