What an amazing experience! We took our beautiful dogs here last week, we was made to feel like royalty as soon as we walked in! We have had a fantastic experience start to finish with Venture Leeds! Our photographer Ruby was incredible start to finish giving our crazy puppy Winnie lots of attention and cuddles and somehow grabbing some truly fantastic snaps at the same time whilst boosting our confidence (two people not confident in front of a camera - talk about multi tasking!) It was great fun and well worth our time before we’d even seen the end result. A few days later we came back to sit down with Ange, Winnie came with to see herself on the big screen and again the three of us were met with incredible warmth, amazing comments on our pics and a fabulous presentation. After spending a huge amount of time helping us narrow down our photos Ange went above and beyond to get us the best deal on our chosen items whilst respecting our budget - truly appreciated since we’re also planing a wedding. Came here after getting an invite through Candlelighters charity to get the shoot and one free print. The fact that my son was willing to have his photo taken was the best news for me because he had cancer for 4 years and as a result has been very against having his photo taken. We came here and brought the 2 cats too. The photographer Lewis was amazing. Made us all feel comfortable, including the furry family members too. Only thing is, he’s too good at his job and there was no way I could have only got the one free print. I was expecting a very expensive quote considering I had a shoot quite a few years before my son’s cancer and the price range was over £1.5k however the offer that Venture Photography had, it allowed me to get my free framed print, then a large print with multiple photos and then all the digital images too. Really happy with the photos. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this company and hopefully one day I’ll be back for more! Thank you for taking the ones of my son with his beads of courage. We recently came to Venture for a photoshoot with my two boys, the eldest of whom has autism and the youngest has a very short attention span, we were sceptical as to how good the results would be because of these factors but Lewis the photographer was incredible and went above and beyond to make the eldest feel comfortable and keep the youngest focused- The results are amazing and really natural looking and I honestly couldn't praise him enough. Super happy with the pictures, so much so that we are struggling to narrow them down! Absolutely first class experience from Venture Leeds. From first contact (I won the voucher), right through to viewing / purchasing the service was excellent!! Ang was brilliant when we initially chatted through what I had won and talked through what the prize was. We chatted through some ideas for the shoot which I wanted to take as a family. As I had not done a shoot before she was extremely patient and great at answering all questions. Follow up call was with the fabulous Ruby who was our photographer. We chatted through what we wanted to get out of the shoot, discussed outfit changes and general info for the day. When we came to the shoot Ruby continued to be brilliant! She was so patient with us and great with my little girl. Being a few weeks off 1 year old, Ruby had all the tricks in the book to get the best out of our little miss. Today we had our viewing. We knew what we were able to spend and where we’d want it to go. We met with Ang and had a movie of our pictures. They were beyond all expectations! Just stunning! We spent a long time choosing our favourites and Ang listened to what we wanted, where it would go in the house etc and came up with some great suggestions for designing our layouts. Bringing this long review to an end, we went in set in what we were going to buy and…came out with so much more for the budget we had set. Don’t be put off by the prices as yes, it’s not super cheap, but the Venture team will do all they can to get you the absolute most for your money. We had gone in thinking we’d leave with 2 pictures and actually left with 4, plus a photo album and digitals for the same budget. Honestly we couldn’t have asked for any more. Lewis, our photographer was brilliant with our two fur-babys and got some amazing shots of them together, on their own and of us all as a family. We are over the moon with all of the pictures. We had a great experience at venture. My son will be 1 soon, so we booked an hour photo shoot to do a cake smash. Sophie was our photographer, and she was enthusiastic and friendly. We took our own decorations, which she set up for us. My son made a complete mess and was trying to crawl away, but she still managed to provide us with amazing options. We won a voucher for a photoshoot with Venture in Leeds. The team contacted us a few times before the day which was helpful in getting some ideas of what to do for our photoshoot. We were anxious about how we were going to manage a baby and a dog, but our photographer Ruby made us feel at ease and the dog was allowed to roam free within the studio which made for excellent photos! A lot was packed into a short space of time which is great for working with a dog and baby! We were invited back a week later for a viewing of our photos with Anj, who was also very lovely and made the viewing a very pleasant experience. We didn’t feel pressured to buy any photos, felt we had plenty of time without being rushed to choose the photos we loved with lots of help and advice along the way. What can I say? Amazing from start to finish. Booked with Lisa at the Harrogate Christmas fair on 1st December 2022 for a bump to baby shoot . Her bubbly personality drew me in. I was due on 20th december so was conscious I may not have much time to get shoots booked in etc. My Baby was born a week later so I wasn't able to get the bump shoot in however the team Were extremely accommodating and managed to move the baby shoot to a week earlier than should have been to ensure we got the best photos of our brand new baby. We were photographed by Lewis who was excellent. He was so patient with us as new parents with a 13 day old baby. He let us take our time to get comfortable and really made us feel at ease. We have just been for a viewing appointment to see the images with Ange who again deserves 10 stars. She was knowledgable and patient and helped us find the best products for us without pushing. I would absolutely recommend Venture to anyone! We bought a voucher and they managed to fit us in super quick, so we could get the photos before Christmas! Alice, who took our photos was so calm and really put us at ease, she was really patient with us and really knew what she was doing especially with a 5 month old. We then went for the photo viewing less than a week later and we were over the moon with the photos! Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was amazing and it was such a nice experience! We had an amazing time at Venture Leeds. We took a very excitable and bouncy puppy and our daughter so were expecting mayhem but we were greeted with such professionalism and welcoming staff that it made the day go with a breeze. Absolutely brilliant customer service from the start. The lead up to the photo shoot was excellent, we had brilliant communication from Ang which made us feel so relaxed and excited for it. On the day of the shoot we turned up with a million props and our photographer Ruby was so excited to see how they could be incorporated and how she could style them. The shoot itself was great fun, it was so relaxed and Ruby was fantastic. We left feeling so excited about the images captured and could not wait to see them. The images did not disappoint, they were stunning! They perfectly summed up our family and our little girl, we could not have asked for anything better. Just AMAZING!!! We had the most incredible new born photo shoot with photographer Charlotte. We took our newborn at 10 days old which they recommended the best time for her to go to get the most of the photo shoot. The photographer was amazing with our baby. She had her own children and I could tell as she was so confident with how to hold her I didn’t feel nervous at all. She was so patient with our little girl making sure she was happy and if we needed any breaks to feed and change her. The photographer took so many different types of photos and we were even allowed to include her favourite teddy etc and anything we wanted into the photos! The whole thing was such an enjoyable experience and I would not hesitate to do it again. We are now thinking about a cake smash shoot for her birthday! The photos are stunning with very high quality and I can’t wait to get them printed by Venture to enjoy them properly on our walls in the house! Myself, my husband and our little boy have had such a wonderful experience overall with Venture. Our photographer Alice made us very welcome at our shoot and the hour passed so quickly after much fun. We’ve been back today to see the video of the images captured and it was absolutely beautiful. I won a photo shoot on Facebook, and to be honest I was skeptical at first. As usually these sort of things are scams, and I never win anything either. However when I spoke with Angela on the phone it reassured me that this was a great place and Angela especially, as all staff, were really welcoming and easy to talk to on the phone pre appointment, as well as in person. The photographer Lewis, was also amazing capturing the true aspects of family in natural poses rather than posing… and the most flattering angles too, which was great. The follow up appointment hosted by Angela, which was to pick out the best and most precious photos was a success too. The photos produced are absolutely amazing and just what we wanted. They listened to what we wanted, capturing genuine photos of us and gave more too. I would defo recommend venture photography.. The only down side, is prices, however they provide ways of affordability such as packages and a scheme which enables you to pay over a space of time with 0 interest. So that it is realistically affordable. But having said that the quality of photos produced out weigh that aspect by far. Less

Our 6 month baby won a competition on Facebook for a free shoot. I was under no illusion that he was the only winner, this is a standard marketing tool and to get more business. From the time we arrived to having the viewing appointment the whole experience was wonderful and very friendly and professional. Lewis was our photographer and he was fantastic with us and our baby. Very chatty and brought many smiles out of him. He also produced some brilliant photos. The lady at the viewing was also amazing and very friendly. The photos were so good we came away with more than we anticipated and are extremely happy. Reading a previous review, I just like to add that people must expect a photo studio to try sell their work and have techniques to do so. At the end of the day they are “selling” a product. But by no means did we feel we were forced to buy a product. Less

Very impressed with our photos. The photographer outdid himself. We took 3 kids under 5 one being a grumpy 2 year old who didn't want to look at the camera. The photographer had lots of idea of how to make him smile for a split second for the shot but we couldnt tell wheather it had worked or not se we left thinking that we wouldn't have got any good pictures at all. We went back for the viewing and every single picture was amazing. One of the pictures had all 3 of our kids looking so amazing that they asked for permission to use it as a display photo for the studio! We all had a great time and we got such wonderful quality photos for our wall. We're very pleased! Less

The photoshoot was great and the presentation was amazing. Unfortunately , after 12 weeks of wait the pictures we picked up were not the ones we were promised.
