Basem is seriously a life saver. I cannot thank him enough for the hard work he did. I had an emergency situation at 2am the night before a holiday. I called 2 other 24 hour garage repair companies with no answer but Basem answered and was immediately willing to help. He drove over very quickly and had tools and parts ready. He was very quick to estimate how much it would cost to repair everything and transparent about what he would do. My garage door had rollers that popped out of the track on one side and tweaked itself where I couldn’t open or shut it. Not only was he able to fix it but he actually left it better than before it was broken! He straightened it out, knew how to adjust the height at the top and bottom, and had everything working again in an hour. I would seriously recommend St. Mary Service. Less
