I ordered this on a a long weekend (Sunday) and they had it shipped out on the next business day which was Tuesday, and it was delivered on Friday! There was 1 small error, it was delivered to my billing address rather than the shipping address but it happened to work out as I was at the billing address when it was delivered. I'm super happy with my purchase and having received exactly what I ordered. I will definitely order from this site again in the future and will tell anyone I know that uses a cpap about this place. I must say I was quite impressed with the customer service from this company. I received a personal email to let me know my order was being shipped (less than 24 hours after ordering) and to give me my tracking information. Never had that happen when ordering online. Oh and prices and selection were better than expected too. Definitely will continue to order from them.

Mask arrived a little late due to Can post delay but in good condition and as described. Strange thing was that it came in a box made for an entirely different product and I nearly sent it back!!! Maybe it's a cost saving thing??
