Jeremy was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. My order arrived a week after it was shipped which was great. My only complaint would be the method used to ship my order. From what I had read on the website, I assumed my order was going to be shipped with Canada Post. Instead it was shipped using a company called “Sendle” which I had never heard of. The tracking updates were very poor, I went five days without a single update which made me feel very uneasy not knowing where my parcel was. If I order from CPAP Supply again, I will request my order to be shipped by Canada Post since they have a great tracking system. Less
