I had a gigantic crack at about 14.5 inches long. They still came out and fixed it for a total of about $100, vs a THOUSAND at Safelite to have the windshield replaced. I am exceedingly happy

This is a very trustworthy business. I scheduled a 3 chip repair and would have gladly paid him the $85 for that service, but he very honestly told me I had only two chips that actually required repair and charged me the two chip rate. He was timely, polite, and professional. I will definitely be contacting Bob's Windshield Repair next time I need chips filled.

Great communication. Unfortunately they couldn't repair my windshield, since the crack was too long. So, I contacted another company, but they haven't answered back yet. I'll make sure to get in touch with Bob's ASAP after getting a chip or when a crack starts. I waited too long, because I was very busy.

I had a good experience getting a windshield chip repaired. I called to make the appointment, and the gentleman came to my house to do the repair. I can only see a very small spot on the windshield from the repair. I would use this company again.

We were visiting Colorado Springs and had a 7" crack appear on our windshield. Safelite and other auto glass repair shops were unable to help with a week or more lead time for fixing. Bob's Windshield Repair Service came out within 12 hours to fix the crack. On our 12 hour drive home the crack didn't expand and seems good to go.

No show... No call. I called and scheduled an appointment. Everything seemed fine gave all of my information to the answering/messaging service. When they didn't show I called and spoke to someone with the answering service again and was told I would receive a call back and that she just sent them a message. An hour later I phoned in again left a voicemail...still no call back.

The service is prompt and cost-effective. It is best to get to those small chips and cracks before they grow and require a total windshield replacement. Ron is incredibly hard-working and good at what he does. He can also advise you how to make an insurance claim so that you may not have to be out of pocket at all.

I called Bob's on Saturday and they offered me Saturday, since I had to work I took Monday. Ryan came to me and was very courteous and professional. The fixed the damage the rock caused and looks amazing. Ryan also took care of the insurance so no out of pocket cost, even the out of pocket cost was reasonable. Call them they're amazing!
