Beautiful park. Very nice staff. We stayed in the back on B22 pull thur asphalt. Gorgeous park. Only stayed one night but would love to come back and stay a week or month. Very tranquil Definitely recommend Less

I was extremely disrespected by the property manager and the manager being a disabled veteran by being lied about attempt of a break in my trailer while staying there. My fiancé and I labeled as “crazy people” for changing our locks for being tampered with too much to not fit our keys in the lock to turn the knob plus pictures shown as in review of clear indication of bent frame next to the door knob showing attempt to break in. I was ignored, pushed away, called crazy as they found a non legit reason to kick me and my fiancé out with injuries and my fiancé with heart issues that are all documented as a cover up to not be known to kick out a “crazy veteran” was given short short notice of being removed and knowing we had injuries was told to get my stuff out, that is staying here is wasting their water and electricity that if we didn’t they would call the law to remove us for tres passing.with never missing payments or not late once. If you believe you may have rights here even staying for 7 months, to be properly evicte, if you dont fit in their “click” personality they will remove you verbally with no papers and give you very little time to prepare to find another roof over your head. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE DISABLED OR NOT! The managers is fake and pretend she would be on your side but honestly doesnt care for the safety of anyone stating there, even if you give her a lot of food for her telling you she struggles with it being underpaid there. I suppose being underpaid would make sense to me why she wouldn’t care about anything or anyone’s safety and the property manager sure doesn’t care if you have disabilities cause it’s a waste of water and electricity to then if you don’t get out in the time they give you even with injuries. Worse place I’ve ever lived in, unhighly recommended for anyone especially anyone with injuries or disabled. If you live here and get kicked out for whatever reason they find and may be a cover up for the true reason to they want you out to cover them, look forward to financial, friend, family and spouse friction. They didn’t want to be known to kick a veteran out for being crazy, but found a way to mess my life and with proof further my injuries and tampering/attemted break in. I believe anyone that reads this knows where I will be taking this to. I offered a settlement for them for what they put me and my fiancé through but rest assure, I will do anything I can to make sure this never happens to anyone especially with injuries/disabilites. I won’t even mention the overpriced fema trailers they have as false advertising as “cabins “ on their site.VETERANS BE AWARE TO STAY AWAY! Less

Well apparently from finding out from a very good friend of mine(veteran) they are not veteran friendly. He was forced to leave within 2 days due to mental health reasons. I myself stayed there for a few months and have mental health issues myself. Glad I didn't stay because I may have been the next victim being forced to leave. Several animals on the property (DOGS AND A ROOSTER) not knowing their misdemeanor made it uncomfortable letting my dogs out. The rooster attacked my wife while doing laundry on the facility and the manager didn't do anything about it or did not feel any sympathy about the situation. Now I know how they got their name.prior to moving in their was a few issues with the place and nothing got done and it didn't seem like a big issue to the manager.While I was out of town we came back to rat feces in our place and we are very clean people.Please Military veterans please stay away!
