This is NOT a cleaning service you will want. Seems strange all the other reviews listed on here are 5 stars? Hmmm, they must get rid of the real dissatisfied clients. I can guarantee there are many others that are completely unsatisfied. They literally don’t clean. And my home is never that dirty. Just needs basic upkeep. I paid $160.00 for regular cleaning. Waste of money. They sent 3 people. They did not vacuum or mop my floors in both bathrooms and bedrooms. They didn’t dust or wipe down furniture throughout my house. Did not wipe down window sills. I kept finding long dark hair’s in my kitchen. Even on my kitchen faucet just hanging there! My window seats were not wiped down. They somewhat vacuumed and mopped my kitchen and some of the living room. (Only because that’s where I was). They moved some of my decor around to make it look like they wiped the furniture down. Basically they didn’t do anything but clean my toilets, shower and wiped down some of my counter tops. All though, I had to re-wipe down all of my counter tops in my kitchen. They were sticky. Virginia, (the owner) told me when I called to let her know, that next time let the cleaners know what they didn’t do before they leave. I guess she was letting me know it was my fault I didn’t tell them how to clean. Never again. There are too many other cleaning companies out there. I give them 0 stars! Response: Customers should not have to take it upon themselves to make sure cleaners do the basic job they are there for. My home had nothing special about it. And just needed basic cleaning. I would think and hope your cleaners would know to do the basics with out being told. Once again, all that I listed above was not done. When I started cleaning the floor in the bathroom the next day. I realized everything that wasn’t done. And everything I listed above is true. The fact of the matter is people should know what to expect and experiences they have had. That’s what reviews are for. The things I noticed after they left, were reported. And all that was done about it was, being told to tell them before they leave to clean it. Well that didn’t clean and resolve what was not done. Why bother calling again to report more that wasn’t done?? It obviously didn’t resolve anything the first time. I would not trust your cleaning people to step foot in my home again.
