When they arrived, we explained that my father, who was to walk me down the aisle the next day, had recently fractured his ankle and we had many concerns on him walking down the driveway to the cars as so many others had already fallen. The drivers offered to drive their wrecker up the driveway and after checking the conditions came up with a new plan. Both walked to the top of the driveway, rigged a snow sled, and guided my father back down the driveway on the sled. 2 recoveries, 1 tow, and a sled ride later, their courtesy, kindness, and professionalism made this experience pleasant given the circumstances. Unfortunately, our roadside assistance service was unable to connect us directly to a service provider or confirm whether our car had been safely towed for over 12 hours because the service provider was unresponsive. When he got there I asked, can you give me a ballpark price before we get going here? "No, I can't until i take it back to the shop. You just give receipt to Cadillac roadside." Right there is where you stop them. He made it seem like roadside assistance would cover the repair and reinstall when in reality he knew he was screwing me, big time. He knew this wouldn't be covered and purposely did not give me any pricing guidance. Charged me $150 for a "towing fee" which was literally just the tire being hauled back to the shop. How much does gas cost?? I would've taken it there. He came back from the after "towing" just the tire, put it on and I paid +$400 and tipped generously. My daughter was visiting the area and needed her rental car jumped. These guys show up, provide no quote, take 5 seconds to jump the car and demand $135. They then demand even more when she protests. Absolute criminals and skills never be called, no matter ho desperate you may be.

I locked my keys in my car while in the Breck gondola lot over president’s day weekend. Found this service through onstar. They arrived at my location within 15 minutes to help me get in. Also, they got me into my car within 5 minutes and the man was very nice. Would highly recommend

I own a garage door company in Summit County. I was working on the Saturday of the New Years holiday weekend. I got very stuck in a customers driveway after a service call. I called JD Towing and the owner was there in 20 minutes. He was very skilled and professional and had me out in no time. The price was very reasonable considering it was a holiday weekend.
