Pros:The company started doing team meetings and it cleared up any confusion I had when I started working for them. It’s an easy going job and they focus on hiring for personality fits first. As a cleaner I got to interview other cleaners. The clients were all really nice! I worked a lot of hours and ended up with a big bonus. Cons:It felt complicated to get set up at first but I think they have smoothed a lot of processes over since hiring me. Advice to Management:Communication is key!
