I moved to Woodbury 2019 and have had a hard time finding a CrossFit gym that I fit in. CrossFit gyms tend to be very cliquey and it’s always hard come in as a newcomer. Everyone here has been super friendly, including the members and coaches. Coaches are extremely approachable and try to help you in any way they can without making you feel stupid. I definitely recommend it!

Reload Athletics is my home away from home. I have met the most amazing people that I will call my forever friends. The workouts can be challenging but so much fun! I Got into the best shape and health of my life.

Had a great class with Gina! She was very attentive and helpful. Helped if we needed to adjust to an exercise and was right there to correct a movement!

Great space, plenty of parking. Clean, uncluttered space, plenty of room in the rack for even a large class. The owner is a Physical Therapist with allot of experience around athletic performance but also works allot with normal people like me who just want to improve their movement capabilities.

I’ve been a member at reload athletics for almost 4 years now and I’m not someone who has a strong athletic background I was almost 60lbs overweight.They worked with me never making me feel judged. If you have this similar background don’t let it hold you back.

Great gym, family environment, encouraging coaches that push you and amazing programming! The owner is a Physical therapist and she includes mobility training and prehab in the beginning of every workout for injury prevention. 11/10 recommend!

I like the atmosphere of this site, the trainers take the time to teach you how to do the movements and if you are out of breath and you think you can not give more others crossfiters will support you to finish it, I recommend this place.

I have been dropping into CF Reload for over a year when in town for work, and keep coming back. Great atmosphere, early morning classes, quick response times to texts and emails, helpful coaching and super nice people.

I dropped into CrossFit reload while in town visiting family. To say it was very warm and welcoming is an understatement. The coach was amazing and the facility is very nice. I strongly suggest this box to anyone in the area!

I joined in April ( six week challenge) . I loved it so much, I became a member.. Everyone is very helpful. The only negative, I will never, ever like the burpees.
