I asked Ike from Basic Necessities for two bids on my yard. First bid Thatch my rather Large lawn and haul away the Thatch. Second was to spread 20 yards of Topsoil that I had delivered. I had asked other contractors for written estimates but only got back voice mails nothing written. Ike got back to me the same day with exactly what I asked for Two separate bids. I accepted the bids on Friday and Ike put me on his schedule for Monday. He texted to say he was in the way just to confirm. He showed up a little early. He spent the first two days getting the Thatch out of my lawn and hauling it away. He spent the next thee days spreading the topsoil. He checked in with me numerous times to make sure I was satisfied with his work. He did excellent work in a timely fashion for a fair price. I found him to Professional, kind and a good businessman. Ikaika arrived on time. I'm a new customer and he had me schedule for 5/9/24 however that would be a month since my lawn was cut. He stated that if it was ok he could cut it today. The owner responded quickly, is very friendly and professional did everything with expertise and experience. The yard looked 100 percent better by the time he left.
