I gave five stars because six stars didn’t exist as an option. I appreciated right away that the prices were on the website- and for those who question if it’s worth it- it is! This team is so talented!Yana did my wedding makeup and also a different trial before that. She is very lovely to talk to during the process and makes you feel seen and heard during so as well. Obviously, she knows what she is doing and was able to transform me in a way I didn’t know makeup could do. I felt like a princess and for a once in a lifetime day- do NOT be cheap with the makeup because you will regret. I highly recommend this business.Megan Michelle did my first trial and worked with my schedule. The makeup turned out beautiful and it’s evident that this art is a craft that has taken time to master because not just anyone can know what to do and work with people like me who don’t know anything about makeup. I just wanted to share how AMAZING April was. She did an incredible job on both my mom and myself. Everything was absolutely perfect. I first worked with her during my initial trial for my engagement photos and after seeing how beautiful that look turned out, I knew my wedding makeup would be absolutely perfect. She is so easy going and made a couple of tweaks to the look that I requested for the actual wedding day that I loved.I had myself, five bridesmaids and two moms getting their makeup done, and Megan brought along another artist who was equally incredible. They worked so efficiently, kept everything calm and fun, and made sure everyone looked flawless.My makeup lasted throughout the entire day — from the ceremony to the after party — and she even gave me a little touch-up kit for later in the evening. Everyone looked stunning, and we still had time to spare at the end for touch-ups.I truly can’t recommend Megan enough! Megan arrived at our hotel about ten minutes early to do mine and my wife's makeup. We were having a court ceremony, so it was just the two of us. We communicated through email that we'd be getting rooms next to one another, so she'd be going from one room to the next. The first question she asked me was "I won't be moving, right?" We had also communicated through email that she had the entire day blocked out for us. However, when she finished my makeup sooner than anticipated and my wife wasn't ready to have her makeup done, she admitted that she was in a hurry because she had double booked herself. She may have finished early because she used a strip lash instead of the individuals we used at my trial, but I don't know enough about makeup to know that for sure. Since she was in a hurry, I offered to let her into my wife's empty hotel room so she could set up her stuff. I then asked her to come back to my room when my wife returned, because my wife wanted to shower. She never returned to the room. I found out later from my wife that she stayed in the room while she showered, told her to shower quickly, and didn't use the bronzer she used in the trial. Her demeanor itself was professional but fairly cold. I know we did a court ceremony and had no bridal party, but we were still paying customers who were told in writing not to worry, we had the whole day. We looked good but didn't feel very good about how we were treated.
