We had an amazing experience. It was a Sunday at 6pm my 2year old daughter was very sick and had an ear infection and they were closing up. The Dr stayed an hour after hours for us to get my daughter in!!!! The place was empty except for us. He was very sweet and Amazing with my daughter. I told the staff here that my mom is a self pay patient and they spoke to the MD who provided an affordable plan with minimal single visit fee that includes all the lab work including X-rays and EKG and free unlimited follow ups for the next few months which is like WINNING A LOTTERY!! Coming to pain management, she received immediately Trigger Point injection which helped her a lot in her mobility, changed her hypertension medications and provided an action plan that includes what to do in case of any serious reactions including Epinephrine EPIPEN since my mom has reaction to almost all allopathic medications. I further received instructions to help my mom reduce her weight and some diet changes/restrictions. The receptionist said that Dr. Haq was with a patient. I didn't want to lose my Uber and let the receptionist win. 15 days later, I called Kroger pharmacy and was told that the lady acted lost and really couldn't answer anything or validate prescriptions to be refilled. I'm definitely complaining & getting a new PCP. Please check your records if this lady is at desk. Also, when I complained after 9 days to another doctor, I was told that it was really busy earlier that day. I said that my visit was on the 5th. It was the 14th then. I was on hold a while. Dr. Sofia told me that the front desk was going on break because it was busy earlier (It's now 2:47 p.m.) She would make my December appointment and send my prescription to Kroger AND fax medical release for my labs. You can't make this stuff up. I never got an apology or a name. No professionalism at all. I'm sorry for Dr. Haq. She is fabulous. Current staff is garbage. Thank you to Kroger pharmacy too. Less

I took my daughter for an emergency just around their closing hour. The Staff was generous and kind enough to let us in and check in. They patiently treated us . I would specially mention the front desk guy Umar and the Physician Dr Bilal for providing such amaing and beyond the expectations service. They are best in town!!! I ll definitely recommend.

Great clinic and service

I had a severe allergic reaction went to this urgent care they treated me with such kindness and respect . I was in and out and the reaction cleared up with their recommendations the next day and my skin is 100% cleared two days later. This the most affordable urgent care I have. Ever been to. They actually care about patients and they are not money hungry.

They attended me on very short notice and even stayed an hour past closing time to take care of me. Great staff, thank you!

Dr. Bilal and his staff were very professional and kind. I came in extremely dehydrated and nauseous, along with feeling under the weather. Dr.Bilal gave me an IV with antibiotics and a steroid that helped me get back into shape very quickly. The whole interaction from start to finish was pleasant and I would definitely recommend them.

My insurance guided me to this clinic for primary care because they told me Dr. Massey is in network. I got there 30 minutes before my appointment only to find out that my insurance doesnt cover him for primary care. No one bothered to notify me and Ive been struggling to establish primary care for my wife.

I am very happy with Doctor Paracha's service, my Physio Therapy misdiagnosed me with Lumbar radiculopathy and I was very worried about a possible surgery, when I visited him he told me that I just have a muscle spasm and gave me a shot, not only did I feel better but it was such a peace of mind that I don't have to go through a surgery. I would highly recommend him, he really knows his field.

Every thing is good but there’s only one doctor so he took lots of time to come and treat us. We went at 5:30 pm and the doctor came to us at 7:00 pm else everything is gud

Great customer service. Dr. Bilal gives a lot of time to his patients and deals them with care. The staff is very friendly and the clinic is very clean. Love the monthly subscription. Has so many benefits to it. Definitely recommend them.

Worst experience in waiting.. This is the worst waiting time you can experience with any clinic or urgent care. In order to go in to the room, i wait there 1hour 30minutes. After visit the room, again need to wait for 30 minutes to see the doctor. This is not Urgent Care…. Need to change to SLOW CARE.

Good people and reasonable wait time with colds going around and with my insurance I had no copay I highly recommend this practice.

Dr.Piracha and nurse practioner are really good and understandable. We went on a last minute on Sunday nearly closing time as my son was having fever and throat pain.Dr Piracha and nurse were quite patient in listening to us,took a complete check-up,test and suggested medicines. Front office response was also very good.will definitely recommend this team for their dedication and knowledge.

Dr. Piranha was EXTRAORDINARY! Stayed opened 45 minutes after they closed for my wife. Gave her an IV drip with antibiotics and a steroid shot…got a UA AND COVID TEST. He was awesome and kind and so informative and helpful. A+++++

Our family (ages 0-40) has been to this clinic several times and seen Dr. Haq, Piracha and Massey. All doctors are absolutely wonderful and take very good care of you. We recently moved here from Ft.Worth and feel so blessed to have found this place. It takes the stress of finding good doctors away when you’re sick. Highly recommend!

Very good service, even tho I got there 10 minutes before closing, they still took me in and took care of my injured leg. Very polite and nice staff. Dr is very nice and helpful.I would recommend them and there prices are very affordable.
