It's the "Cheers" of gyms. I am in my 40s and working out with all age ranges but one love for fitness and life. Come in. Changing your life always starts with one step in the direction of that change. In this case, it included CrossFit, getting kicked and punched but life does that to us every day. I started my son at Grindhouse after the first of the year and have been very happy with our choice. He loves the class options and the coaches have all been great at teaching, encouraging and mentoring him. Great job!!

I was new to mma before I came to grindhouse, the coaches and community were very welcoming and supportive. Grindhouse’s coaches and community create a great welcoming, productive, and hardworking environment.

If I put all the things I liked about this gym the review would turn into a chapter lol. But a few things I love about this gym are the environment the exercise and experience the gym is really nice and clean the training is really tiring yet fun I haven't enjoyed working out like this in a long time. Also everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Glad I came across grindhouse

Been taking the Gi BJJ class for about a month and a half, and it’s been great. Amazing workout and amazing people.

World class striking and world class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I started at GrindHouse when I was 16 years old. Coach Alyssa and coach Kristen took me under their wing and showed me what it meant to be a martial artist and a young woman. Four years later and I’m so glad that I walked through the GrindHouse doors. I could not of asked for a better team and a place to call home.
