The company was very responsive. The job consisted of bringing my water heating system up to code by installing copper piping and some other adjustments so the property could pass City od Wilmington code enforcement inspection. I submitted my request to them around 5am and the company reached back out to me around 9am the same morning. The pricing was very reasonable compared to some other significantly higher quotes I got. Angel worked quickly and was done in about 1.5 hours. When the code enforcement inspector came back to check the work, he mentioned the work was of high quality and he especially liked that the contractor used crimping which is something he really doesn't see much of anymore. Needless to say my property passed inspection. I would definitely use this company again and the comments made by the city code enforcement inspector validated that I made the right choice selecting Aqua Plumbing Solutions to perform the work. Angel was punctual, professional, organized, knowledgeable, and very nice.

He has the ability to explain the nature of the job to be performed in both technical and in layman's terms. I am completely satisfied with the work he did having to do with replacing the leaking pipes below the kitchen sink, removing the garbage disposal, and installing a new soft water tank, etc. He is competent, personable and very capable as he carries out his plumbing responsibilities. He went over the issue and weighed options with me on the best solution. We ran in to an issue where the job needed to be required (No fault of his at all), and he refunded me the original payment very quickly. Job was done on schedule after the new quote, couldn't be happier, and most importantly the boss (my wife) is happy with the results. We moved into our new home one month ago and we are first time well owners. We wanted a UV filter to ensure that we would be safe if the well was ever contaminated. Angel was recommended by our plumber to look at water treatment systems. Angel (with Aqua Plumbing Solutions) came out to test the water and then he sat down with us to go over the findings and what his recommendations were. Long story short, we have acidic and hard water so along with the UV filter, he recommended a softener and another device to help the PH. We agreed to the price and he said he would be out in a few days to start the job. Before he could come back out, I made the mistake of reading too many things online and had second thoughts. I called him and he was able to take the time to address my concerns, even reached to a colleague when I had a question he wasn't 100 percent on. To me, that shows great integrity to admit you aren't sure and to ask for help. At the end of it, I felt much better and he came out a few days later. Job was quick and reasonably priced. He was polite but personable and he seemed meticulous in his work. He was even able to snake some pipes through the celing so he didnt have to cut into the drywall, which i really liked. He cleaned up after everything was said and done, which is really nice because not everyone does that. We would use him again and we highly recommend him! Five stars from start to end. He's already put me on his schedule to come out a year from now to show us how to change the UV bulb when it's due! That's dedication!

I called and received an appointment and within an hour the service technician arrived and assessed the problem quickly. He completed the job quick and efficiently and even did both drains for a great price and I'm back in the saddle in regards to sink functionality.
