The company was very responsive. The job consisted of bringing my water heating system up to code by installing copper piping and some other adjustments so the property could pass City od Wilmington code enforcement inspection. I submitted my request to them around 5am and the company reached back out to me around 9am the same morning. The pricing was very reasonable compared to some other significantly higher quotes I got. Angel worked quickly and was done in about 1.5 hours. When the code enforcement inspector came back to check the work, he mentioned the work was of high quality and he especially liked that the contractor used crimping which is something he really doesn't see much of anymore. Needless to say my property passed inspection. I would definitely use this company again and the comments made by the city code enforcement inspector validated that I made the right choice selecting Aqua Plumbing Solutions to perform the work. We moved into our new home one month ago and we are first time well owners. We wanted a UV filter to ensure that we would be safe if the well was ever contaminated. Angel was recommended by our plumber to look at water treatment systems. Angel (with Aqua Plumbing Solutions) came out to test the water and then he sat down with us to go over the findings and what his recommendations were. Long story short, we have acidic and hard water so along with the UV filter, he recommended a softener and another device to help the PH. We agreed to the price and he said he would be out in a few days to start the job. Before he could come back out, I made the mistake of reading too many things online and had second thoughts. I called him and he was able to take the time to address my concerns, even reached to a colleague when I had a question he wasn't 100 percent on. To me, that shows great integrity to admit you aren't sure and to ask for help. At the end of it, I felt much better and he came out a few days later. Job was quick and reasonably priced. He was polite but personable and he seemed meticulous in his work. He was even able to snake some pipes through the celing so he didnt have to cut into the drywall, which i really liked. He cleaned up after everything was said and done, which is really nice because not everyone does that. We would use him again and we highly recommend him! Five stars from start to end. We had Luis out to add a main shut off valve on VERY old plumbing setup. He did an outstanding job, keeping me in the loop every step of the way, even a “on the way” text. Our main water line is a pipe material which is no longer manufactured, it requires special fittings which are apparently not easily sourced. Luis had the situation under control, found the fittings locally and even drove 40 MINUTES out of his way to make sure the job was completed the same day. Luis helped us with 2 issues at our house. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly explained everything he was testing and what solutions would solve the issue. He installed a new water pressure value which was much needed. The high water pressure was uncomfortable in the shower and it was ruining the faucets. Within 24 hours we could tell a difference. It is easier to turn on the water at the sinks and showers and the pressure is not so aggressive coming out of the showerhead. My favorite part is the water softener he installed. We've only had it for 1 week and I already see a difference in my skin. It's a cold and dry January in PA and my hands tend to crack and my skin gets very dry. When I am drying off after my shower it feels like I already put lotion on. It's so much better for my young sons skin as well. Luis took as much time as was needed to meet with us and do the install. His craftsmanship from running pipes to installing the softener to testing the water and pressure was thorough and his pricing was honest. We will only be calling Luis moving forward. Less
