Thought my usb-c port was on the fritz but was pleasantly surprised when they cleaned it out and got it to read a charge. Didn't cost me a dime, either. Just cost me some of my time, which I would happily spend there again!

Oops staff worked to let me transfer wireless carriers by changing SIM card and transferring contents from old phone to new. Dropped off at lunch and done by dinner. Five stars for great service.

I needed a SIM card replaced and ATT referred me to this business for help opening the SIM card slot. The interaction was courteous and efficient. The agent noticed that I also needed a screen protector. He cleaned the device throughly, replaced the screen protector, and ensured I was satisfied with the end result. Customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend.

They don’t monitor their phones as well as they should. Even though they tend to diagnose the problem well, they don’t finish the repair or keep you up to date in the progress, you have to call and leave a message and wait for a call back.

They had a chance to charge me big bucks because I didn't know what was wrong with my phone but instead they diagnosed it and fixed while I was standing there and charged me nothing. I've used them before and they have always been friendly and fair whether it was a phone or a computer.

Everyone I go in or send someone in, we are treated with courtesy and respect. There is an understanding of customer service. They are a convenient Amazon locker point as well with parking out front They apply screen covers while you wait and will custom cut one for an older phone if not in stock.

Their computer systems were down, so the technician who took my watch wrote down my information on a sheet of paper and said they would take care of it. I didn’t hear from Oops on Tuesday, so I stopped by to pick the watch up at lunchtime Wednesday. The employees could not locate my watch! Everyone makes mistakes, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and asked them to just give me a call later that afternoon when the technician who had been working on the watch came back from lunch and helped locate it. No one ever called! I finally called Oops at 5pm because I was concerned that my watch was actually lost. They told me they had located the watch, apologized profusely, and said they had talked to the owner and would give me a $20 discount. I still am not sure what happened to my watch between Friday afternoon and Thursday when I was able to pick it up, but the screen replacement ended up being fantastic and the employees were respectful and kind in their interactions. Although I am pleased with the repair itself and am thankful the owner chose to grant a discount, I am not sure I would choose this business for my repairs in the future due to their lack of communication with me and their carelessness with my watch. Oops repair is hands down the best place to take your broken iPad, phone, laptop, etc. My iPad wouldn't charge and required a new charging port. Oops charged me $115 for parts and labor. My iPad works great and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend

I have used Oops Repair for several phone and tablet repairs. They do great work and i have become a loyal customer. Most recently, I needed a screen replaced on a tablet. Oops Repair estimated a few days and a reasonable fee. They were able to finish the work in the same day!!

They replaced my computer screen on my 2018 MacBook Pro and did a wonderful job. A few weeks later my phone screen on my iPhone 12 went black and earlier on Sunday afternoon they did a software reset on my phone which fixed it and had my phone back to me working in minutes. Don’t usually do reviews but would definitely recommend these folks at Oops repairs.

Screen was fixed quickly however cannot use speaker phone or turn volume up too loud without it crackling terrible. Rather expensive ($175 for samsung A50) for what i got, but I suppose that's what you get when you're in a bind...communism.

Always excellent customer service! I've taken all my broken devices to Oops since I moved to the Chattanooga area, and I couldn't recommend them higher. The pricing is very reasonable, and most things they've fixed for me have been done the same day.

Knowledgeable, expedient, and reasonably priced — what more can you ask for?

I don't do many online reviews but these guys asked if I would and I'm happy to do it. They are a no BS place, no phone queue, a human actually answers, bring your device in and get it fixed at a reasonable price. I've been there twice with big issues that got solved quickly. If you want to get the problem fixed right and fast, go see them!
