Thought my usb-c port was on the fritz but was pleasantly surprised when they cleaned it out and got it to read a charge. Didn't cost me a dime, either. Just cost me some of my time, which I would happily spend there again!

I needed a SIM card replaced and ATT referred me to this business for help opening the SIM card slot. The interaction was courteous and efficient. The agent noticed that I also needed a screen protector. He cleaned the device throughly, replaced the screen protector, and ensured I was satisfied with the end result. They don’t monitor their phones as well as they should. Even though they tend to diagnose the problem well, they don’t finish the repair or keep you up to date in the progress, you have to call and leave a message and wait for a call back.

When my Apple Watch’s screen cracked, I chose Oops Repair because of their competitive pricing, convenience, estimated time of service completion, and good reputation in the community. I dropped off my watch on a Friday morning and was told it would be ready on Tuesday afternoon due to the holiday weekend and the need to order the part. Their computer systems were down, so the technician who took my watch wrote down my information on a sheet of paper and said they would take care of it. I didn’t hear from Oops on Tuesday, so I stopped by to pick the watch up at lunchtime Wednesday. The employees could not locate my watch! Everyone makes mistakes, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and asked them to just give me a call later that afternoon when the technician who had been working on the watch came back from lunch and helped locate it. No one ever called! I finally called Oops at 5pm because I was concerned that my watch was actually lost. They told me they had located the watch, apologized profusely, and said they had talked to the owner and would give me a $20 discount. I still am not sure what happened to my watch between Friday afternoon and Thursday when I was able to pick it up, but the screen replacement ended up being fantastic and the employees were respectful and kind in their interactions. Although I am pleased with the repair itself and am thankful the owner chose to grant a discount, I am not sure I would choose this business for my repairs in the future due to their lack of communication with me and their carelessness with my watch. Phone screen went completely black on S21 Ultra. Everywhere else in town was at least $20 more and would take 3+ days to get part in or wanted to charge me $40 to overnight. Called Oops, and these guys were great. Didn't charge me to overnight the part, their prices were the cheapest I had quoted to me, and they stayed true to their word. Phone screen went completely black on S21 Ultra. Everywhere else in town was at least $20 more and would take 3+ days to get part in or wanted to charge me $40 to overnight. Called Oops, and these guys were great. Didn't charge me to overnight the part, their prices were the cheapest I had quoted to me, and they stayed true to their word. They were a little backed up so the work took awhile, but it was well worth it. My phone is working great again and I couldn't recommend these guys more. Less

Oops repair is hands down the best place to take your broken iPad, phone, laptop, etc. My iPad wouldn't charge and required a new charging port. Oops charged me $115 for parts and labor. My iPad works great and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend
