Aevitas Fitness is a fantastic CrossFit gym! The coaches are patient and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere in the gym is always positive! I had never been a gym member for joining Aevitas, I am so glad I found the right place!

I definitely recommend Aevitas fitness! Everyone is super friendly and encouraging there. The VitaFit program is a great high intensity strength class. It has been a perfect fit for me as a runner looking for strength training and higher intensity cardio, without just being focused on how much I can lift. I’ve been going to this gym for over two years now on and off. It’s such a great positive environment. The coaches are super helpful and friendly. It’s always a good time and great workout!

I love love love the team here at Aveitas. I started out not knowing anyone and immediately was welcomed in. As a beginner they met my level and pushed me to do my best. After a week I was sore which was expected. After two I felt better and after three the change I felt and saw was amazing. I have invited friends to join and they say the same thing. It’s really one of the best gyms in the area!

I really like Aevitas and would recommend it to anyone. So far I have gone to 3 different classes and had 3 different coaches. Each one was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been out of the box for about a month, and each one was right there to help tweak my form, which I greatly appreciate. I'll be back when I am back in Guilderland.

This is an excellent facility to exercise. The coaches have a strong sense of individual ability and limitations allowing them to guide each person to be the best version of fitness they can be. With community comes accountability and friendship. Absolutely love this gym and the people involved there.

CF Aevitas has an amazing facility, plenty of room and all the equipment to go along with it...the gym itself is only outdone by the warm and inviting community and coaches that welcome you in right off the bat. Love this gym and the people there. Everyone is so supportive. The extra sessions are great. Dr. Kim's cupping helped so much. I highly recommend Aevitas to anyone looking to get fit again- no matter what your age or size.

Great place to workout! I’ve been a member for five years and live it! The owners are terrific, classes are small, and members are friendly. I like that the workouts vary every day and every thing is scalable.

As a member of Aevitas you enter a great community. You will get outstanding coaching. It doesn’t matter if it is gymnastics, Weightlifting, or just trying to get a great workout you will receive coaching and encouragement. I moved to the area looking for a new box to join, and in the process tried several in the area. Crossfit Aevitas was my favorite by far! The facility and equipment are amazing, and the coaches are great! It's such an inclusive environment and the members/coaches make every day fun! Definitely recommend!

I went from a period of minimal training to Boot Camp to 4-day a week WODs in a month. Great coaching from the whole team help keep me injury free! Yes, I'm sweaty and exhausted, but isn't that the point?

The support and guidance of the coaching staff here is second to none. In the 2.5 years I have been working out here I have personally witnessed people make life changing improvements in their fitness and health. Cannot recommend more highly!

The community is so great. Everyone is like a little family, always encouraging everyone. It is a great environment to workout in, and makes you accountable because you know your friends are going to harass you when you don't show! Also great instruction on form and whatnot.
