PB builds have done a great job designing and renovating my kitchen and bathroom in Lorne. They made suggestions to my initial ideas that not only dramatically improved to outcome, but also saved money and achieved the result I was after. When starting the work they identified that a leaking water main under the road was eroding the stumps and causing water damage to house. They immediately arranged for Barwon Water to fix the leak, and then arranged restumping after the foundations dried. This resulted in a much longer process that we had predicted, but avoided a major problem later and a long-term cost savings.Throughout the process Phil and Rob were always professional, keeping me up to date and dealing with my impatience, and made sure that the results met our expectations. They are a great team, and I highly recommend them.

Very recently my husband and I had our ensuite renovated to meet future possible needs as we are both in our 80s. PB Builds had previously installed drawers in our kitchen that made things much more accessible . Our needs were discussed and listened to. We were quoted a timeline and price that we agreed to. The result has been very satisfactory and does not look “institutional “ We thoroughly recommend PB. We appreciated the respect and courtesy afforded us by the various trades involved. The team did a great job renovating our bathroom due to major water damage. Alex was great to deal with to come up with a layout that was functional for us. Rob and the team did a great job and kept us updated at all times with what was happening each day. We are so happy with the end result and the new layout makes it much more functional for us. I would highly recommend PB Builds if you are looking to renovate a bathroom.
