At a time when finding reliable tradespeople is difficult, LA responded quickly to an electrical fault which could have been potentially dangerous. Joe, who undertook the work, was prompt, smart, impeccably well mannered and so clean and tidy we hardly noticed he was here. He was a credit to LA.All this at a very reasonable price. Pros:professional, knowledgeable and friendly.Quick test to try to find intermittent fault but consumer unit was ok. Explained likely issue was overloading due to large house so unresolved but told to monitor which is fine.Provided a quote for other work which showed good initiative.Cons: wanted small deposit up frontNeeded to request invoice since original invoice was for up to 2 hours fault diagnosis and electrician completed tests within 1 hour. Eventually resolved.Persistent emails and texts early in the morning to pay invoices or accept quotes and to follow up and leave a review despite requesting no more texts.No option to stop texts by replying via text.Left cable after job still no interest in picking it up despite sending several emails.

After a few initial booking issues with the electronic process it was easy to arrange for a wired video doorbell to be fitted along with arranging a time and date. The team at LA Electrical and solar were very helpful. The electrician arrived on time and explained the work needed and carried it out efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. He stayed until I was happy the doorbell was working.

Fantastic Service and work. Had a Solar + Battery system fitted with these guys as well as new consumer unit. Originally looked at larger solar installers but these guys not only we more affordable, they were much quicker (took about 2 weeks for install after accepting the quote). The system has been great and care was put into it to make sure the system is solid and neat. Recommend these guys very easy to talk to and know their stuff

Excellent service from quote to finishing the installation. Matthew came on a site visit and explained what was required to fit the car charger and add battery storage to the solar panels - helping with the fuel costs which as everyone knows have rocketed. Alan and Joe completed the job in a day, explained how to use the app for the battery storage. Very neatly fitted and all tidied up! Seeing a reduction in our grid usage of electricity already and only a week in. Absoutely no hesitation in recommending LA Electrical to anyone.
